All round great place to stay. Easy to find, good facilities, clean, and friendly. Washing facilities on site included free machines and the room's bathroom had a drying room function. Awesome!
-
The room was very clean, cozy and the kitchen area was very spacious and had all we needed to prepare our meals.
-
The bed was a little too firm.
-
All technologies, using bath room as dryer All bathroom and bidet are in English as well Bathroom really clean Bed is very clean all bathroom necessities are provided Nothing

You can leave the luggage but there is no staff present when you do so. To enter the building you don’t need a keycard or anything, nobody checks you so that means that literally anyone from the street can step one foot inside, take someone’s luggage’s and step out and you would never get it back. Irresponsible
-
There was no dryer which was inconvenient. Although, the washroom had a dryer ventilation function. Also, the staff were not available at times and there was no space/storage for bags before or after check-in.
-
No dryers for laundry

Location and staff friendliness
-
Close to train and metro by walking 7-10 min. There is free laundry in the 2nd and 3rd floors before 10am quiet time. There is a food street nearby with Raman, soba, sushi and Chinese dimsim restaurants, also several supermarkets. The one close by the deli is half off after 10pm. Staffs are friendly and kitchen is clean. Nishiki market is about 30min walk.

Location is a bit far from things.

Easy access and adequate facilities. We were comfortable.
-
No luggage service available
-
Rooms were small and bathroom a bit outdated.
-
small room but its ok, its comfort to sleep the size of the room
-
Location, washing machine available, bathroom They have a strange system where you need your room key to get into the elevator area but they only give you 1 key for 2 people so if we are not together, we need to ask the staff to open the door that connects to the elevator. Not convenient at all
-
You can use the washing machine free of charge, which is a huge plus. The location is convenient. The floorcloth seems to attract dirt very easily. After just one day, our sheets, blankets, and other items somehow become dirty. No other thing I can mention.

In a great neighborhood Drain in the bathroom sink

Comfy bed, nice private bathroom, well equipped kitchen. We actually extended our stay twice! As others mentioned the bed takes up a lot of the space in the room. But given the other positives (many) it was still a great place.

-Comfortable bed. -Staff was cold and wouldn't even acknowledge you when entering the hotel, maybe a "hello" if you said it first. The man working there, think it was the owner/manager, can't speak English nor Japanese. -Staff was frequently unavailable at reception, even during check in times. -My room wasn't cleaned during my stay because I "only" stayed 5 days. -Paper thin walls, could easily hear conversations spoken at normal levels from the room next to me. -Since the hotel is located on a street that comes out of a shopping street with restricted access to cars, going by taxi can be cumbersome. My taxi had to drop me a couple of blocks away.
