Being welcomed to relax in the comfortable ground floor lounge area, free tea coffee etc was lovely. Onsen was marvellous too. Great value room and hotel. This was our favourite hotel of our Japan stay Nothing

Downstairs lobby atmosphere was very inviting. Board of local recommendations added a nice touch to explore the area. Great water pressure in the showers and laundry facilities onsite

Room repairs needed. Bed is too hard. Front desk staff were not helpful and basically said they couldn’t assist with luggage or arranging a shuttle for our departure. Location wasn’t great.

The room was quite spacious and it was the biggest bed I have ever slept on. It is right across the train station and very convenient to get around. Nijo castle was walking distance.

Very friendly staff, whole building was exceptionally clean. Appreciated that you could monitor and see which washers and dryers were available. Great location across the street from the train station. Beds were comfortable, smart TVs, and wonderful water pressure. Rooms were much bigger than I expected. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to others. The breakfast buffet was just ok.
