The breakfasts were very unique, with a new menu (American, Japanese etc) and were delivered and set up nicely every morning at our requested time! Everyone ~Excellent Customer service! Nothing

Generous, delicious breakfast. Staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Beautiful and tranquil room and bath. Convenient location. Room was beautiful but somewhat impractical, with limited options for clothing storage. I think someone with a lot of luggage might be uncomfortable here.

Very lovely modern/zen like hotel. We just had the standard room and it was beautiful. The bar on the 2nd floor was stunning and we enjoyed it every evening. Coffee Maker! For coffee drinkers, kind of lacking. Luckily there was a 7/11 near by!

The property is in excellent condition. It is very modern and very clean. The room is awesome and well maintained. The bar in the second floor is great too. The location is quite a walk to other convenient stores, restaurants and shopping malls. I tried to find restaurants in the vicinity in the evening but most of the local restaurants are closed.

We love EVERYTHING about this hotel. I have hesitated to write this review because I want to always go back and I want to keep it a secret just for me. I wish the had a Mogana in every city in Japan. N/A

We've come in the sakura season so the price was high . Otherwise would have been more than half.

The design is nice and the staff does its best even though they are severely understaffed. At breakfast there was not even one person to ask for things. There is no lobby to sit in - not even one comfortable chair in any of the almost non existent public places. No place to meet a guest. The so called lobby is a couple of uncomfortable benches that are impossible to sit on.

We love how the property is situated in a nice and quiet place. We felt very at home and very much looked after. The Team, most especially Dodi, made our stay so very special. None at all!

The location, guest rooms, staff and amenities are all excellent. Book the breakfasts if possible, they were varied and delicious. The property is less than 10 minutes from the subway and walkable to many attractions, but away from the bustling streets of more heavily traveled areas. The only caveat is the mattresses are quite firm, which was an issue the first couple of nights as I have some joint issues. Once I adjusted, it was less of an issue.
