O quarto é super confortável, com banheira e cama grande. Gostamos também da bebida de cortesia à noite, tomamos um matcha latte bem gostoso. A localização é boa por ser perto do metrô, mas eu preferiria me hospedar em uma região mais central da cidade.

The best part was the onsen, great to come to after a busy day sightseeing Twin beds were pushed close together and you could not walk around the beds, barely any space for luggage and overall hotel felt impersonal, also not so convenient for travelling around the city. Wouldn't choose again

Breakfast, public bath, and being away from the chaos were good. Smaller than I imagined. I couldn’t use laundry machines.

Very good value. The beds were very comfortable. The AC worked really well, especially since the room was so small. Woman’s bath was so full you’d have to wait for a shower to open it up. Too small for the size of facility. Room was very very small.

It was a good location for our plans. We found the staff to be friendly, the room was immaculately clean. The Onsen was a lovely and relaxing experience. The in bathroom soaking tub was also wonderful and the toiletries were exceptional.We felt very safe . The beds were so comfortable.I would return to this hotel again. I have no negative comments.

This hotel was possibly one of my favorite places I’ve stayed in Japan, and I will absolutely be back the next time I visit Kyoto. I really loved the private onsen experience. I have slight tattoos and it didn’t seem to be an issue at all, which made the experience feel very relaxed and welcoming. After using the bathhouse, other guests struck up conversation with me, and everyone was so kind—it was such a cute and genuinely memorable part of the stay. The facilities were extremely clean and thoughtfully stocked. They provided everything you might need for the bathhouse, including razors, Q-tips, and other essentials that made the experience feel very comfortable and well cared for. The robes and slippers provided were also fantastic and added to the overall experience. The room itself was spacious, and the bathroom had a soaking tub, which was such a nice bonus after a long day of exploring. They also offer the option to book an in-room massage through an external service—having someone come to the room was incredibly convenient and made the stay feel even more special. Overall, this was an amazing stay with great amenities, a welcoming atmosphere, and thoughtful details throughout. I can’t recommend it enough. Online it doesn’t specify if it is tattoo, friendly or not. However, I did not have any issues with the tattoos I have— granted I don’t have full sleeves or colored work.
