Washing clothes was expensive and the dryer didn’t dry my clothes so I had to hang them in my room. I couldn’t rent a bike because I didn’t have a Japanese phone number. The internet wasn’t working well and needed to be reset.
-
It was clean and organized You need to walk for 10 min to get to the train station
-
Very helpful staff, calm place.
-
Very small room, congested space. It looked bigger in the pictures shared on the Booking.com.

Property is so clean and the staff are really nice for the value of the money i didn’t expect more than that The futon are not comfortable enough other and they don’t provide luggage handling next to the hotel there is post office where you can use it to send your luggage to the next place but just be careful Sat and Sun are off

We stayed here for four days and had a great experience. The room was very clean and had a good amount of space for three people. We especially loved the traditional Japanese-style bed on the floor — it was a unique and comfortable experience. The location was also excellent, just a few blocks away from the train station and shopping areas, which made everything very convenient. Nothing

Near the bus stations Restaurants close early

Staff was friendly and very responsive. It was nice to store our bags in the back room for a few hours until we were allowed to check-in. The room was quiet and could not hear much noise from other rooms (except for people outside talking on their balconies, even with our balcony door closed). It was nice to have the small lamp that could be dimmed. The room only had one overhead light switch which lit up both the hallway and the main room. It would have been nice for the hallway light to be separate from the main room. But the only way to have light in the hallway was to also have light in the main room, which was very bright for people sleeping. In our particular room (205?), I think there was a leak under the bathroom. When we returned at night, there was a terrible stench that cleared up once we turned on the bathroom fan. With all of the tea and coffee offered, it would be nice to have capsules of cream and sugar as well.

When we unfold the tatami beds some of them had hairs and hairs on the pillows which it wasn't ours because we had just gotten there. Also, I had a lot of allergies it almost felt like there was a lot of dust coming from their AC unit.

Comfortable beds, clean space, nice amenities including sleeping gown, very helpful staff (I had a nosebleed and they addressed this immediately and changed my sheets for me). Basic, small, clean hotel that is walkabkr from many restaurants, shrines, and shops, while being a little further away from the hustle and bustle of downtown.

Small but comfortable Nothing really, it was good

The room was spacious and staff kind. The vending machine outside was slightly cheaper than others around town. The shampoos were nice, my hair felt soft afterwards. There were not as many amenities offered. I missed the instant coffee downstairs the first 2 days but that’s my fault for not looking. Only tea was in room.

Convenient and affordable, staff were friendly, great balcony/view and plenty of space and room. Not enough laundry machines.

Good location! Close to many stations -lots of restaurants! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Scooter and bikes at the doorstep. Free toiletries and pyjamas. Coin operated washer on-site. Nothing

From the photos I expected more of a kitchenette with some plates and utensils. Also, it would be helpful for guests to be able to park bicycles in the courtyard. Could hear guests in other rooms. I'm glad my room was not near the elevator.

Good location. Easy to check in. Room were comfortable. Reception staff, Grace, Elle and Dio were friendly and helpful. None

The location is reasonably peaceful, and the check-in process is easy and intuitive. The room is not the biggest, but big enough for 3 people and all of the luggage. Plenty of power sockets all around the room - no worry about running out of electrical sockets. The check-in process seemed a little suspicious, but was very efficient and allows you to collect your room key before you even reach the property! Room is clean, and so is the rest of the property. The location is really a bit far from the nearest train station. Granted it's a level walk, but along narrow streets that are often crowded with cars, bicycles and other vehicles. Taking the bus isn't an option, and taxis are expensive. There is a weirdly high step to get into the toilet/shower, and that is oddly positioned in the middle of the room. Water heater has limited capacity - not enough for 3 people to shower in sequence without at least a 15-20 mins break in-between.
