Rooms were spacious for Japan and location was good. Having a kitchenette and washer was helpful. The staff was nice. The property needs some updating. My travel group had 3 rooms and each one needed a new couch and table. All the couches were stained and lumpy and each room had a different table that appeared to be second hand. Also the carpets were old and stained so we could not tell how clean they were.

Kamar cukup luas, ada mesin cuci, dan pengering baju di kamar mandi Lobby dan lorong lantai 1 agak bau kurang enak

The only thing I found slightly annoying in this hotel was that there was no table or chair in the room, small or large. It forced me to use the bed as my table when planning but depending if you already have a good plan, this is not a minus.

Laundry, small cooking area and ofuro!

value for money, comfortable beds, quite location , short walk to main tourist area. close to alot of art activities and hidden gems of resturants

I wish that when there's a western style bed (mattress) they would put in western sized furniture. I got so tired of having to get out of chairs and sofas built for an American third grade student. Also, the Japanese seem to want their air conditioners to blow on their face all night. These are minor quibbles, otherwise the room was great.

The room was spacious by Japan standards and the location was decent for getting around Kyoto. I also appreciated the shower room heating/drying function, which ended up being really useful for drying clothes after doing laundry. The kitchen amenities were very limited — one small plate that was chipped and few cutlery, so not ideal if you plan to make use of the kitchenette. The laundry detergent provided for the washer was also very heavily fragranced, which may bother guests sensitive to strong scents. Additionally, the hallway areas felt dated and worn (stained carpeting, etc.), which made the property feel more average overall.

Good hotel for the price and location.

My room was very large compared to some other hotels I stayed at in Japan. The washing machine worked very well, and the beds were comfortable. When the friends that I was traveling with had some issues with their room, the hotel staff worked very hard and quickly to resolve them.

Bathroom was well set up, nice tools for washing and drying clothes. Nice central location close to grocery stores It's not set up to actually cook. Not enough tools for cooking. Only a pot, a spatula and ladle. No knife, cutting board, salt or oil. The a/c was too direct

There is no iron and kitchen is poor equiped since there is a kitchen then it can be better equiped
-
twin room had extra room. washer, cooking facilities. Great bakery downstairs.
-
Not much free toiletries compared to usual Japanese hotels but overall nothing is bad
-
Convenient and equipped with good amenities. Good option for longer-term stay. The pipe from the kitchen or the washing machine is a bit smelly. It stink up the room, there might be need of more frequent cleaning of the pipe.

Great location, nice bed and washing machine, Friendly staff Room was very small
-
Very well organized rooms with amenities. Quiet and clean. Suitable for long stay. Our check in time was 15 hrs. But we arrived forty minutes early to the location. We travelled all the way from Tokyo to & were very tired. But nobody turned up till the given check in time and as such kept waiting at the front desk.

It was a bit of walk to the train station.
-
Spacious bathroom, washing machine You need hooks in your entry way to hang coats when taking g off shoes, or at least a bench to take off shoes

The staff is very friendly. Walkable to subway station even it is at quiet area. Every unit has a washing machine. Also about 5 minutes walk, there are 24 hours laundry if you need to do dryer. A little bit pricey yet it has everything you need. The front counter is not fully 24 hours on duty, but they are contactable.

The apartment had a kitchen. It was close to restaurants and supermarkets. I enjoyed taking taxis to attractions. The taxis were affordable. The apartment was well designed with all the conveniences you would like including pots and pans in the kitchen, a washing machine, drying rack. People with the front desk were very accommodating and helpful.
