Very clean and tidy! Well maintained given that a lot of people come and go. The other guests not following the rules. - I stayed on the 3rd floor and tourists staying there don’t follow the rule quiet time after 11pm. 12 am some guy was talking on the phone in the hallway. - Also, other ladies in the shower room did not take slippers off as stated on the sign. I wish I could complain to staff about this when it happened but no staff at night.

It was very clean and having the women’s shower room on our floor was nice. We also enjoyed the lounge area on the main floor. The room was quite small and not having showers for men on the floor was a little annoying.

The twin room is EXTREMELY small, if you have more than one luggage it will be a struggle to fit there. There is barely any space to open up your luggage. The reading light on my bunk was difficult to turn on and made a piercing noise when it finally turned on.

I got sick on the trip and the front desk staff helped me call a doctor in my area who spoke English and found me directions to the clinic. Very helpful despite the language barrier, and I felt very cared for.

Very comfortable stay. Although it’s a shared bathroom, it feels very private and convenient. Having a women’s powder room is very unexpected. They offered a simple breakfast for all guests.

The fact that we had to pay the turist tax on arrival, else they did not give us the key to the room. Just arrived with no cash so we had to look for an exchange right away.

The receptionist was so welcoming! She even gave us dinner recommendations (out of their little guide book). The facility was always well kept! Organized fridge for storing food. I also love the powder room (women only) with ample hair dryers to use. We couldn’t control the temperature in the room. It seemed to have been locked by the staff. So at night we found the room hot even tho we set it to 18’C. I tend to run hot at night so I like the room cool…

The whole facility is super clean and well organized. Shower room was impressive. We also enjoyed the common area for morning coffee and night snacks. Lovely place. We were not excited about breakfast since it was hotdog buns with a sausage/ egg/ avocado. It would be nice if you offer a sandwich with a piece of fruit like an apple or a banana.

The air conditioner worked really good and clean room. I also liked the bog bathtub. And also, they served breakfast and it was good! I did not ave the thing I did not like.
