Very clean and comfortable for the price

Cleanliness One chair in the lobby!!!! I mean, come on
-
Clean and comfortable One morning in the women’s only quarters a male staffer came in to do some chores. He should have waited until every woman was out or sent in a female employee.
-
Had everything I needed, clean facilities, kind staff and comfy beds! I wish their was more clear separation of female shower units and unisex showers areas
-
My capsule gave me the privacy I needed at the end of a long day for a very reasonable price. It was clean and had all the necessities. The walls and ceilings are thin so you hear a lot of noise — people’s alarms, snoring, running water, etc.

Amazing place. Imagine its a like a college dorm The stairs are a bit much.

Beds were alright and showers had nice pressure. Drying machine didn’t properly dry, therefore had to spend extra money to have dry laundry. Some of the staff members were very friendly and assisted me to the best of their abilities. On the other hand one of them was very rude with an uptight demeanor, when I asked to leave my rice hat behind the desk in a storage room after my checkout for just 2 hours he declined with a snarky remark.

Pretty easy to get to major attractions via bus lines. Clean bed and linen Bathrooms, sinks, and showers were together in the room with the capsule beds. You will hear, smell, and feel (humidity from anfter people shower) everything. My neighbor snored all night long, it was horrible. Plus my ceiling was not flat. There were big holes that should had been filled with Sheetrock. Plus, luggage storage is not secured at all. It’s located at a small place right near the entrance. No staff until 10am and there’s a sign that says they are not responsible for any losses. Never had I seen such unsecured luggage storage place before. Overall, would not recommend unless it’s the last resort.

There’s not a dedicated luggage storage location or lockers
-
Very kind staff. Everything was super clean all the time.
-
Comfortable bed! Nice staff!

I stayed here for a month. Staff was very kind. The bed is firm and I liked it. The private rooms were super affordable and comfortable and the staff was really kind. There is a onsen five minutes away that I loved Seven eleven and sento and castle very close was nice but other than that Location is not the best but there’s still some great things to do near by and buses that will take you where you want to go

everything was great! Sound from the road was little loud. But it was very clean, at least in the girl's quarters. I expected a capsule, but it was a closet. Other than that read what i liked
-
Very clean, and nice. The area and the showers are inside the rooms so it can turns noisy. Also there are no elevators.
-
Really nice location right across from a famous ramen restaurant! Staff helped me when I forgot my keycard and needed a charger.
-
It was good and nothing to say because I stay for per night Only one thing I was confused how to get there by bus or train. And attractive spot is far from this hotel I didnt know about.
-
Very clean
-
Comfortable, good price No elevator. A long walk to the train station
-
No elevator and many stairs, and no way to store your shoes in the entrance.
-
simply the location and how you would have to take a lot of buses to get to the major tourist parts of Kyoto instead of the subway
