Extremely disappointed with my 3-night stay. It was very unfriendly that for three consecutive nights, our room was never cleaned, and we weren't even provided with fresh towels or basic amenities. Even for a self-service hotel, this level of service is unacceptable for a longer stay. The lack of hospitality made our trip quite unpleasant. If you are staying more than one night, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. Not worth the money. Extremely disappointed with my 3-night stay. Everything, nice space ,.cosy, no complaints

We liked the bathroom, although it was a bit small The window overlooks the wall of the neighboring house

One set of towels per stay, however long it'd be. They tell you to wash them if you want (there's a washer) but there's no way towels would dry fast. There was mold by the windows because of the humidity. Really thin walls

Great little unmanned hotel in Kyoto. Great location in a quiet neighbourhood, within walking distance to the subway as well as some good local eats. Also walking distance to shrines/temples.

Very good location to many popular tourist spots. station and bust stop are nearby. the room is a bit smaller than I imagined from the picture. towels are provided only one set to a person, but I was afraid that they don’t dry during the autumn time, especially a big bath towels, so I couldn’t wash them.

Kitchen equipment is very poor. Freezer over frozen with ice. Nobody cleaned it out even after we reported it ? Not much space to put anything into.. The safe box is just sitting loose in the room, so anyone can just walk out with it?

The room was fantastic. Very clean and spacious with everything you need. The location is excellent with public transportation very close. We chose to walk most places as the area is very safe and walkable. Nothing. It was perfect.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel.. :) The room was clean, cozy, and had all the basic amenities I needed..The location is also excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions and transport. No.

Everything was awesome! Very clean and spacious! My feedback will be to improve the quality of the pillows. Other than that everything was great!

It felt like home, living in my own apartment. They have amenities you can get at the front desk, collecting the key was easy, the staffs are helpful (even though they're not there but you can message them and they will reply shortly), the place is clean and has everything you need for a long stay. Unlike the other comments I seen, the place is actually pretty clean and everything is so easy to use. Soundproof sometimes isn't great but it's not loud to the point you can't sleep or might disturb you in anyway unless you are a REALLY LIGHT sleeper. But for me everything was good.

Exceptional

They could have put some area where customers can put their changing clothes inside the toilet. Also we saw mosquitos during our stay. I suggest they can provide mosquito nets for windows.

Nice position in the city, in a calm neighborhood and 30mn by walk in the center. Big room, almost erything was old but functional. Let's say that it match the price. No staff at all. We can hear the next room like if we were together. The kitchens tools were bad (old and scratchy, cannot cook even an egg in the pan and not even enough cup for every guests). The cleaning was not really good when we arrived.

Basic accommodation in a great location + good price. For what you pay, there is little to complain about. I found a used glass of water on the floor and a used tissue under the bed. These did not negatively affect my stay though. I would have liked an extra bath towel.

The size of the twin room, the room design of each en-suite, the facilities of the kitchen and the bathroom, the location of the hotel. The auto-pilot mode of the reception, the soundproof of the walls and windows.

Location, Space Somebody left there underwear at the room and they didn't clean it. You can guess how clean it was at the room if the stuff didn't even notice someone's underwear. We were living at 1 floor so it was pretty noisy (can hear the cars outside).

The room was quite comfy and spacious. Amenities readily available as expected for a japanese hotel. Although the lack of staff present was a bit out of the usual for us, we were able to check in and out easily. A bit far from the train station while carrying heavy luggage.

+ Very practical, w/ a small kitchenette w/ all equipments, incl. washing machine + good location, 10? mins from station - minimalist style - checkin was not intuitive
