Even though I requested an additional pillow (the one provided was very small), asked for the towels to be changed, and requested that the garbage be taken out, none of these requests were addressed. During my 5-day stay, the garbage was never removed, and I received neither a response nor any indication that my requests were being handled. The lack of communication and service was disappointing and negatively impacted my overall experience.

The pillows were really bad and small, they looked like baby pillows. When we asked to change our pillows, they said they were full and didn't have any extra pillows. The towels were very thin and of poor quality.

Good location - easy access to either walk downtown or bus - room was a good size with large bathroom which was great - greatly appreciated being allowed earlier arrival and permission to store luggage in foyer a little beyond check out times whilst we organised transport which really helps when travelling in Japan Better room preparation between bookings to ensure room was equipped either towels - pillows were so small as to ineffective - minor points but would make for a flawless stay

The room on the 5th floor was pretty cold (end of December) and we had to leave the AC on the whole night.

I read a lot of negative reviews about the accommodation when first booking this place, in particular about the rooms and service. To our surprise, the rooms were actually quite big, comfortable, and with a huge bathroom. I expect that most of the negativity comes from people wanting a 5 star experience, but are not willing to pay for it. The location was also extremely convenient to explore other portions of the city. My biggest gripe, and why it did not score higher, is with the communication with the check-in. Because they send you the information very early, the next guest came into the room while we were still there. I think this is partially the next guest's fault for not properly reading the message and the check in time. However, I would expect that the company to not provide the access information so early and wait closer to actual check in. Otherwise, the wifi is not the best and the pillows were super uncomfortable, it would help if they provided a couple extra.

Internet connection of the TV kept disconnecting There was free coffee available but no spoon or. at least disposable chopstick to stir the coffee. The building do not have a name like small billboard or canvan . Had a hard time locating the place

I wish there was a receptionist just sometime we in needed since we stay for 5 nights.
