Everything was perfect! Shuttles were extremely quick. Staff everywhere were very friendly. Unfortunately, there was an ant issue due to the weather.
-
@ times the wait time for the shuttle was long. The location was a little far from everything.

Excellent food at breakfast, restaurants and bars. Amazing beach. Great entertainment. Majority of staff is extremely lovely and very helpful. Overall, wonderful, relaxing stay. I went there 10 years ago and had the best time. This past time, I had an even better time - which I didn't think was possible! Highly recommend this hotel for anyone travelling to St. Lucia. I would not stay anywhere else. Some days we struggled to get the attention of staff on the beach to provide covers for chairs, or order drinks etc. Turn-down service was around 6:30pm-7pm, but if you were still in the room, you would miss it - as they didn't come back. Don't love how even when you're on the all inclusive plan, you have to wait to sign a bill at the end of every meal/drink.

This is a beautiful place! The rooms are spectacular, with great views of the water. The staff is amazing and very efficient. The steakhouse restaurant on the beachfront has a really great menu and the food did not disappoint. I think our waiter was having a rough night though. He seemed very overwhelmed. That said, he was the only member of staff in this entire place that has any sort of hiccup. I did have the opportunity to get a massage in their spa and can say it was one of the best I've ever had. The breakfast buffet is about the same quality as any low level all inclusive. Not great, and very little variety from day to day.

Most of the staff wasn’t very friendly, especially the women. The food was average and it took 10 minutes to get warm water in the shower.

Staff were very friendly, the resort was safe, the room was clean, and the buffet breakfast was the best deal every morning. The resort shuttle transportation is a great solution to get around as the property is extremely hilly... the excursion office offers fun to do things on the island. The Steak restaurant was way overpriced and the mart on the resort is a total price gouge. The spa was way overpriced for a massage...just realize when you are at the resort everything is expensive....

My wife and I waited 15 years to go to the jade Mountain on St. Lucia. Who knew I would like windjammer much better. The rooms were fantastic, but Marcus and Bridget made everything worthwhile. I would stay here again 100 times before I stated any other hotel on island. Lots of stairs on the side of a mountain

Paid for two rooms, given one. Still waiting on a refund. "Extremely disappointed. I paid upfront for two Ocean View rooms, but the resort only gave us one room for the entire stay and said it is considered as two rooms. We were refused to provide a checkout receipt and asked to contact Booking.com. Booking.com acknowledged the issue over a month ago but has completely failed to issue a refund for the room we never received. Deceptive practices by both the property and the booking platform. Proceed with caution."

I like that they brought the SPARKS dog rescue to the cocktail party to let us know about animals on the island. I don’t think the fire breathers should be putting the kerosene in their mouths.

Special thanks to Lesar/Lisa (check-in ambassador), Liane (from breakfast restaurant) & Terrance (airport pick-up/drop-off driver) for an absolutely fantastic service experience!!! Many blessings to you all.

Our final room was okay. Nice view, nice size. It did not have the beach view as advertised, had persistent ants and a dirty tissue was left in closet. Were not given room advertised and had to fight to get this room. Did not get into this final room until 8:00 pm.

Great

Enjoyed the beach and lots of lounging spots. Variety of restaurants onsite. Liked that we could book island excursions once we arrived. Very friendly staff 1.5+ hrs from airport but that’s the price to pay to reach the resorts
