I didn't mind, but some would find stairs-only access a deal breaker. Minor, if even worth a mention.

The best about this hotel was its location - right at the Malecon and also close to the Cerro de La Calavera. The room was clean and spatious enough. There was hot water in the shower. The garage system for parking car was a bit strange - some cars get blocked and apparently the keys should be left at the reception. During the checking they also charged us a wrong price (probably by mistake). Fortunately we noticed and they were able to cancel the payment, the money arrived to the account with a day delay. We also have to pay a deposit for the room card.

We had a bright, sunny corner room, looking over the Malecon and onto a side street which had a lovely canopy of trees. The beds were comfortable, the room clean and VERY basic. Being on the Malecon we did have a plethora of restaurants and cafes to choose from for our meals. The Malecon is very noisy at night, so it was almost impossible to sleep. Also, there was mold embedded in the caulking of the bathroom sink and window and in the shower grout, and the pipe for the shower head was very rusty. The hotel advertises their restaurant serves lunch and dinner, but it seemed to not be serving past 4:30. Although there were little vials of shampoo and a couple very small bars of soap, here were no other amenities, not even a box of tissues in the room. If you can’t climb stairs, this isn’t the place for you. Our room was on the 3rd floor, so we carried our bags up 2 flights of stairs. Good thing they weren’t very heavy!

Fantastic beachfront hotel with an unbeatable location right on the Malecón. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, making the stay even better. You’re just steps away from great restaurants, shops, and everything La Paz has to offer—perfect for a relaxing and convenient getaway.

It was clean. In a good area. Old and out dated but clean. Cleanliness is a big thing for me. Reasonable price. After check out at 9am but in actuality we paid to 11. I asked to use the bathroom and told no. So for this after leaving a good tip at the desk and for the maid. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Bed wasn't comfy.

Everything was wonderful
-
Location right on the malecon. U nice staff, big room No coffee or water, however, coffee station nearby in room no mini fridge , weird 200 pesos cash deposit. Parking was basically a tiny storage garage where you had to have people park behind you and not have access to your car however, there was Ample parking behind the hotel on the street.

Everything was perfect The food in the restaurant was OK
-
The location is unbeatable! Very clean room Could use some new sheets and towels, but the bed was comfortable
-
The toilet bowl was not clean at all, seemed like it wasn't cleaned in a long time. Inside parking is tiny, 3 cars at most and one behind the other, so if you need to get out the other guests that parked there need to go and remove their cars.
-
Location, the restaurant, the staff. There was nothing I didn’t like.
-
Location and employee s Not charge my credit card in dollars when the local currency is pesos.
-
Excellent location! The location is wright on the waterfront, with a wonderful sea view . Even though the hotel is in the city center, it is quiet and peaceful inside. The room is comfortable and cozy, suitable for both a short stay and a longer visit. An excellent choice for a comfortable stay in La Paz! Nothing

Wifi a bit weak and sometimes noisy outside due to central location
-
Parking for my auto was lacking, but I suffered no loss parking on the street
-
You can’t beat the staff or location. The view and price is fantastic! No frills.
