Host was very welcoming and even made the bed each night for us. Thank you so much!

Super nice hosts, they live next door so its possible to meet them sometimes and have lovely chat. They recommended me the best restaurants in town! I liked the fact that there were umbrellas to borrow and some maps and info about city. Great location just by the local market. Breakfast available at the cafe downstairs. Room with fridge, big bed and balcony with nice view on city and mountains.

+ Location — super close to city center, train station, supermarkets and local market + Room — beautiful old clean building, pretty room and clean bathroom. We also got breakfast provided at the cafe below, which was very tasty. + Hosts — great help and warm welcome. They can easily be reached in case you need something.

Location was really good ! Only a 10 minute walk to the train station so very easy to catch the train throughout all Cinque Terre towns. Maria and Marco were lovely hosts and were very accomodating and super helpful! Room was really clean and so was the bathroom (cleaned everyday)! I would definitely recommend this gem! Room didn’t have a AC but it wasn’t the worst - we were here in summer too. There was a large fan which worked really well and lots of ventilation!

Maria and Macro are kind and friendly. They provide quick response when something i need during my stay. The room is clean and everything is great.

Very clean, spacious room. The location is perfect as you are close to the train station but close to the bars and restaurants, and it feels very safe. I wouldve like to stay more nights and spend more time in La Spezia, is a magical town. Everything was a 10/10

Clean, tidy, and quiet. I appreciated checking in early and leaving my bag in check out day so I could explore without luggage. Near the train (about 10 minutes) so perfect for exploring the region and Cinque Terre. The coupon for cappuccino and a croissant was a nice addition and the owners were very kind and accommodating. Nothing- exceeded expectations! Would stay again!

The location was really nice, close to the main shopping street and restaurant, but less noisy. The room was a good size with space for your things and the bathroom had everything you would need. The host was really sweet and accommodating. We even got a voucher to get a coffee and pastry (ex. Croissant) in a cafe next door. We really enjoyed our stay! It was a bit cold in the room (beginning of may)

The apartment is really well run. It's only two bedrooms so no big confusion or anything like that. Free breakfast too, spacious room. A lot of good things about the place, honestly.

Location is super - market right outside - all the shops and cafes- station a 15 min walk - bus stop 2 mins - a kettle and fridge a lovely little addition - the bathroom was spotless always. Great to have a lift as well. Shower pressure low and water not very hot. Perhaps ask other guest/guests to close doors quietly always.

Beautiful property with the most kind couple

The room was very comfortable with a good bed and the balcony offered a beautiful view of the hills surrounding La Spezia. The hosts were very kind and the breakfast tokens for a croissant and a coffee provided an excellent start to the day. The room is within walking distance from both the train station and the sights in La Spezia, such as the nice harbour and the cosy restaurant area. The room gets quite warm, so it's good to keep the shutters closed all day and only open the window late at night. The balcony holds a quite noisy machine so the balcony is not always as quiet as you hope. But the gorgeous view more than makes up for it!

Great location, helpful and friendly hosts who went above and beyond to try and keep us cool on hot summer nights. I loved the cafe vouchers for each morning. Close walk to the station, supermarkets, restaurants etc. Felt very safe as a solo female and the bed was extremely comfortable! Would stay again.

Nice place close to the main part of the city, yet in a quiet location.

This is in a great location, not too far of a walk from the central train station of La Spezia. It is right beside a daily market and is close to a wonderful and colourful downtown area. The shower is a little weak, if this is important to you and the bed was a bit soft for us.
