The location is good, right in the old city. 15 minutes walk to the train station. The room is clean. The bathroom is small, the shower cabin is very very small. It's a challenge to take a shower. The lack of glass cups in the room. At the entrance outside is a bar, so you cannot sleep with the windows open.

I like the clean environment, nice and warm. Nearby u can find local market providing nice food. The hotel is near the sea.

The room and linens looked clean. This property is advertised as a hotel with in-person check-in from 10:00 to 18:00, but when I arrived at 5:27 pm, no one was on site. It is not a hotel — it is an Airbnb-style room inside a residential building (they use one floor of an old building), with no reception, no staff, and self check-in only via WhatsApp. The entrance is through a back alley, and you have to walk between bar tables set up in the alley to reach the entrance door. The room has no interior safety lock, and the host instructed me to leave €10 in the room to be collected the next morning — which means people with access to the room could enter while a guest is inside. As a solo female traveler, I did not feel safe staying here and left to find proper accommodation. The bathroom is also extremely small — while sitting on the toilet (I’m 5'2”), my leg literally brushed against the bidet, making it awkward and uncomfortable to use. The listing on Booking.com is misleading, and travelers expecting a staffed hotel with secure rooms and proper facilities should be aware of these issues before booking.

Regarding the room all good.

The host was able to accommodate us earlier then regular check in time. She was very helpful. Room is nice and clean. Description of parking (easily available on the street or parking garage) was not accurate. You have to park pretty far from the place. Parking description.

Location was very close to all the shops and city center The shower drained a tad slow but it wasn’t a super big deal, we still had a great time!

we are very happy with our stay, and the owner and his staff is very nice and helpful, our mom decided to join us at the last minute and the owner helped us immediately to arrange an extra bed for her. The location is perfect, everywhere is in walking distance, and it is closed to the bus station if you prefer to travel by bus. The room is very clean and everything is new. Although there is a lot of restaurants and bar around, but the room is very quiet. In general, we are very satisfied with our stay.

Lovely place right in the centre of La Spezia! Comfy rooms and beds. Supplied a cot for our 8 month old no problem. Very friendly to children.

The location is fairly central and the room is clean. 1/10 for staff and service. We requested a late check in and received confirmation that it was ok, and kept them well informed about our arrival time. We arrived exactly when we said we would but they weren't there and didn't respond to our whatsapp messages or the doorbell. It took 2 phone calls to get their attention and the man that let us in was rude and made no acknowledgement or apology for keeping us waiting. There was no self check in method offered. We received no further communication except for a request that we leave them a 10 star review, rather presumptuous considering that they had done nothing to deserve it. The bathroom is much smaller than it looks in the photos, there isn't even room to sit on the toilet properly. The water temperature is limited, on full hot it's hot enough for a shower but nothing more than that. The kettle button doesn't stay on so you have to stand there holding it down the whole time.

The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The location was good and it was close to the main pedestrian street. The property owners were quick to respond. They accommodated us for a late check in as out train did not arrive until later in the evening.

Very clean room. In old town. Not far from busstop. About 1km from train station to visit Cinque Terre, bpisa and Portofino. Thank you for keeping out luggage till late. You were a true lifesaver. There were still alot of our food and drinks in the fridge which we thought will get when we get our bags but it was not there anymore. We made a mistake leaving in fridge

Everything! Tutto! The bed is the most amazing bed I have ever slept it. Great size for solo travel. Ana was lovely too! The bidet is a little close to the toilet in the room I had - it's not a negative, but when you're tall, it makes it uncomfortable to use the toilet.

Everything you need for a short stay. Very comfortable bed and the staff were very welcoming and responsive. Had an issue with the fridge which they fixed immediately!
