Nice central accommodations with big toilets space.

The checking in was the worse experience. They kept reminding that the checkin time is 2-8pm. Outside that time range you have to pay 20 euros. The check-in was just online paying 5 euros city tax but no physical checkin. This is just a trap that costs customers 20 euros more.

It was a nice quiet place, but still close enough to the center

Clean and near the center. Staffs at the checkin place were helpful and friendly. You need to go around 20 minutes to the checkin place to present your passport, and around 20 minutes back to the accommodation, which is not easy for my 65+ parents. The room was cold as we came in. It took around 2 hour for heating up. It could be hard to find parking lot nearby since it's near the center. However, this is not any fault caused by the host. Just for your information :)

There was a sewage smell coming from the bathroom the entire night we were there and it was filling the room

Position of the room We were left without electricity during the night. We could not recharge our devices and nobody showed up in the evening or early enough in the morning to help us.

It was alright! If you need a good bed and no hassle, this was the place. We didn't even meet the owners as we checked in super late. Small step into the bathroom, hurt my finger at night ?

Clean room I don't recommend it! First of all, I want to emphasize the fact that I will detail the events as they happened. I don't want to do anyone a disservice, but the hosts have to solve their legal problems, show respect and communicate. Last thing you want in your holiday is to be uncertain, unsafe, and lose time and money. We confirmed all the details with the host on the booking chat but they were not respected when we arrived there. They asked for our passports on Whatsapp, afterwards they didn't answer. We felt unsafe, so we requested them as well to present an identity document and the authorization they can rent the apartment. They didn't answer. We submitted a complaint to Booking. We managed to spend the night there but you imagine that we were panicked. Wi-fi didn't work. The owner was renovating other rooms which generated a lot of noise. Overall, we felt bad and we lost time and money!

The AC works and works well. It changes from other places. The bedroom is nice. The bathroom is good. The shower doesn't have warm water (only cold) and the owner doesn't answer when you ask if it's normal

A HORRIBLE experience !!! This is a scam !!!! I spoke to the owner on WhatsApp and I announced that I would be late and he requested a late fee of 20 Euros or more. I told him that it is too much but I have nothing to do, I am on my way and I will show up, the reservation being guaranteed and paid in advance with my credit card. I requested to change the check-in time (late check-in) and he didn't answer me at all! Neither to messages nor to repeated calls! I arrived at the location, the door was closed, no one answered me!!! I also wrote to the customer service but I did not receive any reply! TO AVOID !!!!

The location is very good. It is a one bedroom apartment with a double bed and two single beds. It is basic but very clean. There is one bathroom that was decent. There are restaurants and the train within 15 mins walk. It was possible to drop off luggage in the morning well before check in time by paying €20. The fridge and water boiler were not that good. They had a few cups so our plan to eat cereals for breakfast at home didn't work.

Close to everything, 5 to 10 minutes from la spezia centrale.. very clean and comfortable.. totally recommend. The Albanian cleaning lady was so nice and prepared the appartement very quickly since we arrived before.

Location is good, walkable to the station and the room was spotless - very good cleaners! The lack of communication. I had to message 4 times to ask for how we would get in, and each time was answered with "we already sent you the instructions", which obviously they hadn't. Why not just send the instructions rather than saying you already have?? A pleasant and clear explanation goes a long way. Also the wifi just doesn't work at all.

There was an awful smell in the bathroom. The refrigerator was not adequately cold. The instructions to enter the building and subsequently the apartment were not super clear (a description of which keypad to use would help). We had a horrible time finding parking in the area (train station and other parking was full)

The bed was super comfy, the bathroom was giant and super comfortable, the water in the shower had great pressure. It's really tough to find something I didn't like, if I had to mention something it would be the fact you don't interact in person with anyone and because of this it's not possible to for example leave the luggage a wee bit earlier than check in.
