Balcony outside, very interesting. Location is fine, walking distance to the train station Kind of stylish inside. Nice host lady. The old building hard to find.

The place is ok for the price and close to the train station. The place offer breakfast. The breakfast was ok. I believe everything was fair for the price. However, I sometimes felt a bit uncomfortable when the owner (Marina) spoke, as I couldn’t tell whether she was upset or if it was simply her way of communicating. I say this with complete honesty. Other than that, everything was fair for the price.

Very cozy apartment. Everywhere very very clean and stylish interior. Breakfast was delicious. And the location is perfect, we came with bus, it was near to the bus station 3 km about. And near to the train station just walk 4-5 minutes. There is no wi-fi and it is a little bit cold at night.

The staff is really friendly and lovely. I have to check out at 5am in the morning so she woke up and prepared breakfast for us. I really appreciate it. Moreover, she took care of our super good. One thing is this place doesn’t have WIFI but it’s okay. Because everything was perfect!!!

Close to the station with a comfortable room. Struggled speaking with the host. Didn’t explain the keys very well and we locked her out once. Breakfast was all prepackaged stuff. 1st night host was up talking and shouting at 2am and 2nd night she arrived home at 2am. There’s a wind chime so she knows when you’re coming and going.

The room was beautiful and bathroom was a dream! It was in the centre so perfect for location. Breakfast had so much to offer. I highly recommend I would recommend to think about including WiFi or even a pay your own WiFi for guests. As I'm not from Italy, it was hard to get around at times as there was no internet. Other than that, all was perfect.

We went to La Spezia for 3 days and 2 nights, we chose this house because of the proximity to the station (La Spezia Centrale) and the good reviews there, they received us very well even though we arrived a little later than expected, the stay those 3 days were very good and they were always very attentive that we were not missing anything, in the morning they surprised us with lunch which was very good. If we returned we would take the same house.

Room was nice with a nice balcony. Marina was very lovely to us and not only respectful of our space, but was very generous with the breakfast. Enjoyed our stay as we visited Cinque Terre during the day!

The location and free breakfast. Host was friendly and adapted to our timeline. Cute decorations. The bathroom was not connected to the room, not thoroughly cleaned. Very thin walls and squeaky doors, and a light cigarette smell in the apartment. Host was a bit noisy and talked loudly in the mornings when we tried to to sleep.

Position very good. Not too clean, did not explain how things work. No TV, no Wi-Fi. Phone no. Was not the one from the booking email. Called few time with no response, lost our ferry connection and we had to cut short our visit to 5-terre. Very disappointing!

The location was in the center and the view in our terrace was nice. Marina was so accomodating and even prepared early breakfast before we left. No AC and fan was not enough or bec it was summer time.

I liked everything about the place. Host was very helpful.

Private room in shared home. Very close to train station which was perfect. Marina was going to get up to make us breakfast even though we had to leave at 05 30 to catch train. Was a lovely gesture but we politely declined. Cute little balcony but noisy street. Would definitely recommend, great for one night. Had to share bathroom when we thought it was private but this was not a problem.

The cleaning

No thorough cleaning has been done,

The host was a bit too much present and overwhelming, and attentive to whatever we were doing
