Location and AC was good They don’t clean the rooms after 2 pm , and nobody inform us about that . the parking was full so I parked in a far away parking and the did not remind me to book in advance

It was a perfect stay. Room was clean and nicely decorated, staff was kind and helpful. The whole feeling of the hotel is very cool, boutique-y, we truly adored it. Location is an easy walk from train station, old city and harbour. If you're in a car I suggest you book parking with them in advance, they have their own secure garage right next to the hotel and made everything very easy for us. Nothing - everything exceeded expectations!

Tastefully furnished. Helpful staff. 5-10 minute walk to train station, shops or restaurants. Plenty of outlets to charge devices. WIFI was weak and intermittent, at least in our mezzanine room 20. Mezzanine rooms cannot be accessed by the elevator, so you have to carry bags upstairs (hotel staff offered help). The bathroom walls of room 20 showed signs of mold.

The hotel is super well located, very close to the train station and to many stores and restaurants. It's a great place to use as a base if you want to visit the other towns in Cinque Terre. The design in the hotel is quite cool, and the room was very spacious, bigger than expected! The room was also very clean. All the interactions we had with the staff were very positive, and they helped us out with questions and some requests.
