The breakfast is in a very small room that does not support all the guests at the same time. It was a bit too crowded.

The host is so kind and generous, such a pure hearted woman she was so welcoming, gentle and understanding definitely recommend and will be back.

Check-in was easy after a few texts with the hotel staff. The room had great air conditioning and the beds were comfortable. I slept well at the Nautilus. Definitely a solid place to spend the night. The breakfast was good, but the dining area feels super cramped.

This is a nice property in La Spezia. It’s not too far from the central station. The room was basic but clean and comfortable and the staff are very helpful and kind. We enjoyed our stay.

It's a great place to stay, an excellent option in town. Nothing in particular.

The upstairs neighbors were very very loud late at night and it was difficult to sleep. Also the lights in the halfway turn off if it doesn’t detect movement so a lot of the times the hallway was pitch black. I would suggest the hotel to change the light system so that there can be more luminance in the hallways especially since the bathrooms are outside of the room.

Friendly Staff New and clean Room No lift , but staff was helpful and take care of your baggage Not close to La Spezia station , it is about 15 min with bus, but busstop is less than 5 min walk from Hotel

The property is quite far from everything. It was about a 25 mins walk into the center and a 30 mins walk from the train station.

The room was new and very clean. We arrived after checking time but got message how to get to the hotel and found it very easy. Staff is very nice and helpful The hotel is not close to train station, use a taxi. Don’t use bus, it’s the worst experience. Cleaning lady sprayed air freshener in the bed and the smell was so strong that was impossible to sleep
