We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is ideal, making it incredibly easy to get around. The property was clean and well-maintained. The staff were very helpful, and friendly. Additionally, the exceptional breakfast buffet was a highlight of our mornings. We would definitely stay here again N/A

The room was compact but well set up. We had a big window looking out at the ocean, so that was great. Breakfast was excellent. The front desk was very helpful, especially in organizing taxis (which we were very dependent on for travel to the train station – and it gets challenging when a cruise ship is docked, not close enough to the hotel to notice, but enough to draw taxis away; finding a taxi at the train station to travel to the hotel can be challenging, perhaps for the same reason.) A short walk "northeast" (relative to the water) from the hotel brings one to piazzas and eating places and shopping that's pleasant to stroll by. And a short walk "south east" brings one to arcades and other sorts of shopping, banking, etc., and bigger roads. The hotel is just two blocks from a seaside promenade that we didn't have time to explore on our short stay (as we took a day to visit two of the Cinque Terre towns). The vegetarian and meat offerings at breakfast had serving spoons that got easily confused and mixed - the hotel should fix this, it's not hard, just takes some sensitivity to the issue.

Things we really liked about this hotel: the location was fantastic, the staff was incredible, and the room was very clean and quiet. A bonus we didn't know was they had a roof type bar. It was fantastic with great food.

Great location, very clean, breakfast was outstanding We booked a two bed room and the beds were twins (which was fine), but the beds were pushed together and really looked like a king bed.

It was a clean & comfortable stay with a beautiful sea view, especially from the rooftop bar. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal! All staff were very pleasant and helpful. Everything was to our satisfaction.

Room a bit small

Located in the center of La Spezia, with ample parking space close to the hotel. Modern building, modern rooms. Nothing to impress, we spent one night here and weren't disappointed.

Very generous staff especially the man who checked us in and out. Such a pleasant and kind person.

Room felt cramped.

That you could not use the rooftop during the day Breakfast was ok but could be better organized

As always a very pleasant experience with NH hotels. Good location, friendly staff and very convenient. No thought

Breakfast was fenomenal, location was impeccable. Restaurant was understaffed, service was a bit slow, I ordered a ravioli and the sauce was SALTYYYYY.

The breakfast was excellent with a good variety of meats, cheese, fruit and pastries. The staff did an amazing job keeping all of the food trays full even while tour groups were in attendance. The bed and pillows were good. The hotel is located near the marina a 10 minute walk for a ferry to cinque terre. The walk from the train station was about 25 minutes through a pedestrian zone. Verdi bus stop was under 5 minutes away to go to the train station or other towns nearby. (Portovenere) The shower was great a good size for Europe. The toilet paper roll holder was too close to the the toilet. The lower paper holder was sufficient didn’t need the higher one.
