Very good location, close to the central station and historical old town. Nothing

Our hostess was absolutely wonderful And generous with her treats! And her sweet puppy Homer was Icing on the cake. We did struggle with mosquitoes one night- a surprise to us!

Great location. Only 10 minute walk to train station and to markets and restaurants. Excellent continental breakfast. Cafe latte, croissant and focaccia bread. Plus, Melba toast and various kinds of jams. Water and lemoncillo was left in the refrigerator. Noisy area. The Host left earplugs. Bathroom wasn’t in our room. A little noisy with the trains passing through.

Nice&cosy Intimacy. Host is a very dedicated and charming lady.

The host, Giuseppina, was so warm and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. The property was very clean and lovingly decorated. We loved being able to sit out on the balcony and look out towards the town.

Giusy is a wonderful host, giving a warm welcome and lots of useful information for my visit to La Spezia and Cinque Terre. My room was very comfortable and It was nice to brought the daily breakfast. It’s right by the train station and close to traffic free shopping area with cafes and restaurants. Perfect ? ?

Location to La Spezia Centrale Station and breakfast. Too many knick knacks in the bedroom and bathroom. Feels cluttered. Very strong smell of incense…did not care for it. Mattress was very uncomfortable, I kept sliding down on one side.

We loved everything about our stay and most of all our wonderful hostess. She is lots of fun, her delivery of breakfast each morning was exceptional and the little sis is limoncello in the fridge were fantastico! Our bed was really comfortable and the balcony a bonus. Super close to the central station, about 5 mins walk. We loved it all and will most definitely visit again.

The location right next to the train station was perfect. Giusepppina was very welcoming and provided a gluten free breakfast that I had requested. The separate bathroom was very spacious with a great shower. Nothing much to say here except that the lift doesn't go right to the ground. There were several steps - about ten I think, to get up to the lift.

Josephina was incredible! Honesty can't fault her hospitality. Comfy room, beautiful balcony, and lovely breakfast. The bathroom was very spacious! Can't fault it! You've got to book here!

Its very close proximity to station to visit the special coastal areas and all the facilities in La Spezia, including great restaurants and nearby laundrymat that was good. Also Great shower, balcony, comfortable bed, security and host It has a few stairs to climb before you have access to a lift to the third floor. As it is sooo close to the train station, which had great advantages it also is noisy at night, though not each night. Just have ear plugs. The benefit outweighs the inconvenience for sure.

The best part of this stay included not only the comfort and amazing service but mostly the owner. She was the highlight of our trip and we will never forget our stay in her room. She had everything ready for us much earlier than check in time, she provided refilled water bottles in our mini fridge every afternoon after passing a long day outside. She even had homemade limoncello shots in the fridge for us ! Another great aspect was the breakfast that she made us every morning. she would have it freshly made and asked us for out time preference. We are both lactose intolerant and she went out of her way to get us lactose free milk. Overall, really really really phenomenal stay. To be honest, the only aspect that was might be less appealing is that the bathroom is not within the room so you have to walk to it through a hallway. However, it was still our private bathroom and everything was super clean.

Great location, around 5 min walking from the train station that leads you to cinque terre. Also, very close to the center of La Spezia. Celsi was super sweet and helpful during our stay. Impossible not to love her. The room was super comfortable and with a cute Italian romantic decoration that makes it super cozy. It was also super clean everyday. The high point was the great breakfast made by Celsi everyday at the balcony, with a great view.

I got an allergy because of the aromatics in the apartment

Location, location, location. The property was very close to the train station, walking distance and it was a gracious place to stay for a couple of days. I had an iron as well, something I need on all my trips. Comfy bed, great style. Nothing!
