Booked many months in advance for a highly anticipated weekend away with my husband. I specifically pocked the room with a jet tub to relax after what was going to be a long day. At check in, room was not ready and had to wait while other friends in our party were able go right to their rooms. When we were finally able to go up things seemed fine however later in the evening when we attempted to use the tub it it was leaking eater out nearly as fast as you could fill it making it unusable. It was too late to change up rooms and just made the evening disappointing. On check out early the next morning there was only an im sorry and there is no manager to talk to (so I left an email). No offer to match room rate for a room that didn't have the amenities I booked and paid for. I hope they choose to make this better but I will have to wait and see if they actually contact me.

very accessible and perfect for being dog friendly.

The area was great… so we checked in, we got the room with a king bed and a sofa bed. To start bed pillow had a bunch of white short hair I’m assuming it was Cat’s hair nasty and all along the carpet obviously they didn’t vacuum. Luckily we weren’t allergic. The other big issue and very important the sofa mattress I had to switch with my son since the mattress was completely uncomfortable and they were brand new according to the hotel staff. Well I have stayed many times at Marriott hotel with sofa bed but those mattresses are memory foam big difference very comfortable. This hotel were we stay the sofa mattress was spring mattress it really felt that you were sleeping on a spring bed no cushion whatsoever so my suggestion I told the front desk when checking out that they have to replace those pieces of junk mattress for all their units. That’s it other than that everything else was ok bad experience but next time We don’t think that hotel will be in our choice to stay no thanks. BAD EXPERIENCE

Love this location. Great for being within travel distance to most of the Orange County events. We’ve stayed multiple times and it’s been consistently good every time.

The breakfast was amazing. On Thursday thru Sunday there’s a kind gentleman who makes hot breakfast and if asked nicely will do eggs made to order on the skillet. Usual continental items are also available. We enjoyed the pool and upper deck for a nice place to eat take out and converse. Shout out to Cynthia at the front desk. She went above and beyond to help us wash our clothes when they were out of washing detergent. The company who they contract with hadn’t refilled it. She went out to her car and brought us her own personal laundry detergent to use in a pinch.

Clean room

Got to the room and the pull out bed blanket had hair and dirt on it. Called the front desk to get a new one and they never picked up, so I had to walk to the front desk and ask myself. The tiles in the bathroom were clearly not laid properly, so they were all loose and cracking. I was afraid for my kids to walk on them. And the water running from the room above us (sink and toilet flushing) was so loud, it woke up my entire family at 5:30am. This was even with the fan on for white noise. The place wasn’t cleaned well. Dust and dirt and hair on the floor, bathtub, counter. It was gross. I will never stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I know it’s cheaper than other places in the area, but it’s not worth any of your money. Go to a hotel where they believe in taking care of the property. Also- they say online breakfast is included. Then you get there, and actually breakfast is only free for two guests. That is very misleading when you book the room online.

It was clean, breakfast, pool, spa, and many options for relaxatuon around this fairy small location were above expectations. The bed was a bit hard, and no coffee makers in room. You have to go to lobby

The rooms need to be renovated. The lobby looks old. It needs updated. The rooms are old. Not enough wall plugs.
