It is a great value for the stay. I love that there is a balcony for the fresh breeze. The bathroom is beautiful. Comfy beds. The breakfast is basic. Covered parking is a bonus. The workout room has a wide variety of equipment. Extremely convenient to the freeway (and beaches) and outstanding shopping at the Spectrum. The air conditioning is loud but certainly keeps it cool!

One suggestion for improvement would be the air conditioning, which could be more effective in keeping the room comfortable. We also noticed a slight odor in the room that may be worth checking. Additionally, the artificial plug-in fragrance used in the elevator was quite strong. While we understand the intention is to keep the space smelling fresh, the scent was overpowering and may be uncomfortable for guests who are sensitive to strong fragrances. A lighter scent,or none at all, would likely create a more pleasant experience for everyone. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and hope these small suggestions help make an already good experience even better.

The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. Great location for the places we were going and so close to the Orange County airport.

Nice hotel if you're just passing through Irvine, there are lots of places to eat down the street.

The most unfriendly and unwelcoming front desk staff I’ve ever encountered. The woman who usually works the afternoon shift at the front desk has a very poor attitude. Overall, the staff at this hotel are not helpful. The location is convenient and close to the freeway, which is why we stayed here three times. However, because of the consistently poor customer service, we’ve decided not to book with them again.
