Both tv remotes did not work which was very frustrating with an over tired toddler. Locker rooms by the water park need a deep clean I was not comfortable changing my baby there. Searching of bags before entering water park was invasive and unnecessary

we stay here at least once a year. The check-in process is a little stressful because the line was so long and seemed like there was not enough people working. However, the rooms are clean. The waterpark is nice and the kids always have a good time.

As far as water park/ hotels in the area go, this was a great experience. The 2 bedroom room was a great accommodation for the 6 of us in my family. The water park was a great time; busy but not too busy. Would recommend

The hotel was great and had everything we needed for our stay. We traveled with teens and they enjoyed themselves to the fullest. The room had a full kitchen which was great for breakfast prep on checkout day. The water park was clean and so much fun.

Rooms a bit dated, but the place is kept nice and clean. Much better than great wolf lodge.

charged us $156.12 more than Expedia said. reason, according to them was Expedia did not charge all the fees. Odd, since Expedias new policy is what you see is what you pay. Their response to that was Expedia is wrong and no one should ever use it . Was not impressed with this hotels hospitality, it was old and several things in our room had to be fixed or replaced after we had checked in.

I’m a repeat visitor of this resort. It’s in a good location. For the most part the grounds are clean. For the most part the food is decent The price of the food and the gift shop is a little steep for the quality of what you’re getting the grounds could use some work on cleanliness the Wi-Fi near the waterpark area and in the rooms is not good at all. A lot of the games were not working.
