The motel had stunning views! The staff was kind and courteous. The grounds were kept beautifully! The pool area was always set up nicely and clean. The rooms were clean with comfy beds. Beautiful vacation place! Definitely will be back next year!

The ability to rent kayaks and go out on the lake was so nice! In a great spot within the village. Hotel was very clean, and great

Crest Inn is in the heart of Lake George village, within walking distance to everything! It’s right on the lake. Excellent place.

That said, the room itself was fine, clean when we arrived. The ac was a little loud, One more thing, there was only a plug for chargers on one side of the bed.

Super convenient location on the water, walking distance to the heart of the Village. Room was very clean but shower curtain and shower ceiling were mildewed. Bed was not very comfortable. Staff was friendly.

Lake Crest Inn is lovely! We loved our room L-7, highly recommend! Pool delightful, beach area small but adequate for our needs and the area highly walkable!

Free parking was convenient and staff was very friendly

AC was about the size of a microwave. Didn't cool the room off for about 12 hours. Speaking of microwaves, they were an extra charge to bring one into the room. And no coffee maker supplied. Soap was the size of a half dollar. Shampoo was as big as an eye dropper.

Perfect location just north of the action.

It was an issue on the online booking when trying to book for tonight, one king and I only took the one night when I called the place. They couldn’t change my reservation. They said I had to go to Booking.com and went to Booking.com. There’s no phone number to call then I rebooked another room and they would have to switch our rooms then I called back the lady she was no help. Said I had to go to the Booking.com. The man are going back-and-forth and then finally finding someone to help us on Booking.com and looking up a number they helped us and charge us another $128 when we got to the room it was a wet damp smell in there so bad it lingered the whole entire time. We’re there even with the AC on we had to buy air fresheners I still didn’t work. It was convenient because it was close to town. No one came to give us any refreshments like toilet paper, etc. no one also offered to clean room the next morning. It definitely needs an overhaul of reduce. They should inspect the rooms especially management and they didn’t get us a confirmation email that night because the email was wrong even though I repeated to her several times plus Booking.com had my email and phone number, but that didn’t apply anyway because I had to call them at 10:30 at night to find out what room number I was in so these are my reasons, and the beds are extremely hard made our backs hurt

Nice resort for a our short getaway. room was clean staff was very nice.

It was close to town Our room smelled like wet and damp. It had such a high strong like they shampooed and they didn’t dry out the place or there’s some type of water issue. Otherwise it was clean. The beds are extremely hard. We’re not used to those hard kind of beds. our back hurt the next day. The bathroom was clean. The TV was on a small little table so we had to look down if we did watch TV. It definitely needs an upgrade, but we had to go to Walmart and buy air fresheners to spray the room and even doing that didn’t take the smell completely away because as we re-entered and it still had a strong, wet smell. we had two rolls of toilet paper. No one came to the room to clean her rooms. No one asked if we need anything. There was no cleaning the next day. There was no thing on the door saying do not disturb, but it’s close to town as easy to walk to town we did not get a confirmation to our email of our room number when we were checking in after 9:30 and they had my email spelt wrong when it has the email when I booked it on Booking.com we also had an issue with getting the one king bed for two nights. They made us pay more with two beds when we didn’t need two beds only because that second night we needed to stay so then we would’ve had to switch rooms so they had us call multiple times besides the Booking.com it says contact property if there’s any issues and then we had to try to find a number for Booking.com because the property associates kept telling us they couldn’t help us so was supporting have a Booking.com advertise your things, but when things are wrong, nobody can fix it. It literally was two hours on the phone.

Nice deck Does Not really have a beach

The air conditioner was unbelievably noisy. Sleeping was nearly impossible. It sounded like I was trying to sleep at an airport next to a runway. The noise continued throughout the night and completely ruined my stay.
-

-
