Pros: location, private beach, lounge chairs, tubes, playground, welcoming to families. Cons: the rooms are tight and dimly lit, the bathroom smells of mildew, there’s no blankets on the beds. Overall, we’d stay here again for the convenient location and beautiful private beach. The staff were helpful and we enjoyed the lounge chairs and tubes around the beach.

Convenient to everything downtown. The atmosphere. The beach area and pool. The two gentlemen who worked Night Shift at the desk were fabulous. Liked the property, but would’ve liked if people would NOT have put their towels and left them on the chair chairs for days. So other people could get a chance at a chair at the beach.

Located right in the downtown, walking distance from all what town has to offer. Has its own beach and various rentals. Some of the guests don’t watch their kids.

Perfect location on the water and heart of the village. Private beach big plus. Pool and patio area (with grills) overlooking water also a big plus and well maintained. Staff was courteous and immediately rectified a nightime noise issue with adjacent room. People wake at 6,7, 8 and save beach loungers for hours at a time before use.

I didn't have Breakfast there. Didn't know they offered it. I loved the location because it is right in the center of town making it very convenient to walk everywhere. Never had to look for parking or worry about parking. The beach front and pool annd firepit anreas and how spacious it was there. I only stayed overnight so hard to give a big review. Rooms were clean but nothing special. A little dated for the price but the outside does make up for it. We had a room at the end so would like to see other rooms but it was sufficient for the overnight.

Location There are no drawers. There are no hooks a lot of women and kids. We need to hang towels. We need to put stuff away. You need some kind of shelving or hooks around the room.

Great location, plenty of parking, exceptionally clean rooms, big pool and beach area, will definitely be staying here again!

Heated pool was amazing!! I booked well in advance for a room with a lake view. Our room was the furthest from the lake. You basically had to be standing and leaning to see the lake. Unfortunately it rained for the majority of our stay, which I understand is unavoidable but it was no fun sitting on our porch with a view of the boat trailers.

Especially love that it's located in town so we could easily walk to Shepard Park, the arcade and restaurants. We will certainly return.
