The cabin was clean and the view was amazing. I would just caution anyone with mobility issues that the walk down to the cabin (#9) is steep and then there's stairs to get into the cabin. Then uphill to go back to the car. My husband needs a knee replacement and he was struggling. I called and asked if we could park down closer to the cabin & was told yes, if we had a handicap placard, which we do not do that was the only downside to our stay.

It is more like someone’s timeshare apartment than a resort. Online check in, use mobile phone to communicate. Be aware! You need to take out your own trash and NO housekeeping services. They make you sign an agreement online before arrival, if you fail to comply their rules, you will be charged. Entire resort only us, then they stick another new check in next to our townhouse. And the porch is connected. In another word we had to share the porch with other strangers while the rest of resort is empty. This is unacceptable. The entire stay feel restricted because their rules. The only plus side is the view and location is phenomenal. Lake George is very beautiful.

The property is beautiful. I got a good look around waiting 2 hours for reception to unlock the door. I called and emailed every number I had through booking with no response. Fast forward to the hotel was closed. I was able to complete a booking and get messages about my upcoming stay .

Did not get room we reserved. Room was poorly decorated and very tired. Wedding on property was loud through the night.

It was mediocre nothing beyond expectations Rented two places; both had problems with bathrooms. Shower water had brown water and it was clogged so had to use only one bathroom. Inconvenient

Townhouse was very clean and spacious. Playground as well as beach for our 2 year old granddaughter to play at as we relaxed on the beach chairs provided. Heated pool was nice and clean. Views were incredible. Very quiet and relaxing. The whole property was amazingly clean and beautiful. Parking(No problem till the weekend when they have weddings. Then parking is nonexistent even with parking passes unless you want to park along way away from your place)

Good location. Spacious We lost power and no one at the hotel did anything. They stated it was out of their control and offered nothing to help.
