The Staff were amazing. The location was awesome.

Visited start of June 26. Stayed in a Beach Front Bungalow. A bit small. There was nowhere to sit inside. Apart from that, it had everything you needed. There was a balcony area with table and chairs and the Beach was terrific. Staff were friendly and helpful. Complimentary beach lounge chairs for Guests. Location was wonderful and there were Supermarkets and Restaurants only a couple minutes walk away. WiFi was available throughout the Resort. For the Beach Front Bungalows would have been nice to have a tap at steps to wash feet after coming off Beach. Worked around this by leaving a couple of water bottles on balcony.

The location was fabulous aside from the rundown neighboring properties. Having a restaurant onsite was wonderful. The beach and loungers were great. The constant sewage smell coming from the water and drains was not good. The staff at times were very cold/unfriendly even though we were smiley and kind to them. The pool was green from algae half the time we were there.

This is one of the toughest reviews that I’ve had to write. The staff, breakfast, location, service were very good or great. The hotel itself is comprised of rooms and cabins. We stayed in the cabins. The cabins are 2.5 star facilities. They are adequate but require care and proper maintenance. A little paint, thorough maintenance/care/finishing would get them to three stars. Cutting corners hurts the rating of the actual property. It’s too bad because the staff, service etc. deserve a 4 rating.

This is a beautiful property. Rooms are big and bright. Nice big balconies. The bed in the room I slept in, was horrible.

Nice beach , water was nice and warm, cloudy with silt but clear enough to swim in. Needs some refurbishing of the bungalows but nice enough for the price Breakfast was great and the night market for dinner is a a 10 minute walk away. We really enjoyed our 5 days there Bed was hard

Third floor over looking the beach was great. The buffet breakfast very good. The pool very clean. Great shower with good water pressure. The bed was lumpy and needs to be replaced.

We have been staying at this Resort multiple times over the years. Right on to beach, lovely pool. Staff are very friendly. Super large room, safe, coffee and fridge. Lots of space to unpack clothes. When we got there, the two matresses were in a terrible state, housekeeping quickly came and brought us others. The sun loungers is in pretty bad shape and urgenly needs to be replaced/renovated, their matresses is also in a sad state.

beach was good, i stayed in a bungalow. cleaning staff was so pleasent. close to everything. excellent water pressure. one women on staff ignores you and was rude when i was trying to pay for my laundry. sometimes not enough sun loungers.

Wonderful beach with shade trees rather than umbrellas made for such a welcoming and comfortable environment, maybe the most comfortable area on the entire beach!

Good location, very close to the Lamai market but yet very quiet in a secluded road. Direct access to the beach.Big rooms with balcony, bath tub, comfortable bed. Sea view is not actually sea view room, you can barely see the sea at some angles. No dental lots provided, shampoo and shower gel refilled only upon request. Pool is inside the hotel while beach is elsewhere so you either choose one at a time. Jet ski happens right at the beach in front of the hotel that can be noisy and disturbing during the day.

it was nice to sit at the bar at happy hour and look out over the beach and I had a good view from my room the people next to my room had young noisy children and the parents didn't know how to shut a door without slamming it, but this is no fault of the resort just rude people who don't consider others

The location - quiet but plenty of little bars and cafes around. Great beach for swimming. I think it's overpriced for what it is. Quite dated and needs a refresh.

The location was excellent. Our bungalow was on the beach. the staff was friendly. the restaurant was perfect for lunch, dinner and happy hour. Moo was exceptionally helpful with our computer and visa issues. The beach was flat and very easy to walk on.

the best location on lamai beach. best beach of samui (waves, depth for swimming and soft sand). good restaurant, a bit pricey compared to other good ones around. good breakfast. a bit dark. bungalows are really old. but resort is on the beach. which is practical. lots of mosquitoes in the room. (especially beachfront bungalow). take garden bungalow (more natural light) than beach front bungalow (too dark with the big trees around). they should completely rebuild these bungalows with something more modern. but then price would not be the same.
