Definitely the distance to the beach from the hotel, so nice to have a hotel property right on the beach. The pools were nice as well and restaurant/bar has good quality food especially local cuisine. The staff team at THE LOOKOUT RESTAURANT were amazing! They went above and beyond to ensure their guests enjoy the food. The hotel room is very unique, spa feel environment the minute you walked into the room. The bed was a little too firm and the room AC water kept dripping.

Loved everything, especially the pools, the beach, and the wonderful staff. Especially the older gentleman Thandi I think his name is. So attentive and helpful. Thank you sir you are a big asset for the hotel. All the staff were amazing but one guy didn’t seem too happy. Didn’t catch his name but he always seemed angry. Especially at the Thursday night steak dinner event.

Great location on a lovely beach with calm water, and walkable to all the restaurants and nightlife. The pool is excellent with some shady areas. The breakfast has lots of options, and the staff, as always in Thailand, are the most friendly and courteous and welcoming. The gym is basic.

the room we chose was right on the beach with a small infinity pool - it was amazing; the new year's eve fireworks on the beach were fabulous - great experience the new year's eve party was a little odd in that there was no dancing; however, it was quite lovely with all the kids around - net net it worked; the beach was a little rough but, hey, it was beautiful

The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, which made our stay feel very comfortable from the first moment. We really loved the rooms and the overall premises — everything is beautifully designed in an authentic old Asian/Thai style. If you appreciate this kind of atmosphere, you will absolutely enjoy this hotel. Breakfasts were simply amazing — very delicious, fresh, and varied — and having breakfast with an ocean view made the experience even more special. The hotel has a stunning infinity pool, and the view from the bathroom directly overlooking the swimming pool was a lovely detail. The location is also excellent: once you step outside, there are many shops and stores nearby, so everything you need is within walking distance. There was nothing we didn’t like — everything met or exceeded our expectations.

The location was excellent and the resort itself is beautiful. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The on-site bar and restaurant offered good food along with stunning views. You can really tell they put a lot of thought and effort into creating a wonderful guest experience, from the beautiful photo spots to the themed activity nights. I especially loved the plunge pool. Would definitely stay here again! The only small complaint was that the lighting in the room was quite dim, which made it a bit difficult to do makeup or hair. However, this was very minor and didn’t take away from our overall experience.

The hotel is lovely and upgraded us due to a honeymoon to a jacuzzi suit which was amazing! We loved it! The staff was great, especially Tiger - always asked us if everything is fine and helped us with every problem. The beach was very convenient, and the food at the restaurant was very tasty and had great variety! The rooms are still locked with a key and not a card. Also, the bed was stiff and not quite comfortable, we got back pain from that :(

The location, the stuff, the beach everything was amazing. The hotel is just 2 minutes walking to the Lamai night market with lots of restaurants nearby. Very highly recommended! Nothing
