The whole property was very children friendly.

The biggest issue was the outdoor pool. When I arrived, the pool was closed because there was no lifeguard. This was not explained to me during check-in; I only found out after I asked about the pool. I was told that the outdoor pool would be available the following day, but that did not really help because I was planning to leave and did not want a late check-out just to use a pool that should have been available during my stay. Overall, for the price we paid, I expected a much better experience. Between the small rooms, cleanliness issues, expensive breakfast, lack of staff, and the pool situation, I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

Location was great. Staff was helpful and wonderful. Pool area and splash pad great but not open long enough. Restaurant was OK but a little short staffed. Rooms needed a rehab. Especially the bathroom area. Sink was OK. Shower definitely not. Carpet also needed replacement as it was very dirty - white socks were black within 20 minutes. Temperature control was not good. It cooled but was really humid in the room and we were on the second floor. But the cons were outweighed by the positives and if I was going to the amusement park I would likely book it again.

It was a great experience. The room was clean, bathroom was so clean and new. the amenities were fantastic to keep the kids happy and busy! The arcade, the pool, the splash pad, the restaurant.. we tried them all and we all agreed that we would come back for sure! 👌 the location was so convenient, you literally walk to the park! But with or without the park, the Inn is great!

The carpet of every room (at least on the first floor where our room was) were all wet/moist. We had to switch rooms because of the smell of mold

Very dirty rooms. Wallpaper peeling off, no lotion, towels so small you’re lucky if you can dry one leg with. Also no tubs, say you’re a family hotel but how can I bathe my toddler without a tub. Breakfast should be free, not good food for $15/person. I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

At first we were sent to the wrong room. It was already occupied by another couple, but they straightened out and gave us another room so that helped.

The indoor pool was closed to "focus on the outdoor pool". We only had 2 towels for 3 people, we asked at the front desk for more. They said they do not keep any and housekeeping would bring them. They never did. The walls are extreamly thin. Not well themed for the park either.

Do that I don’t know where to begin. The bathroom in the room was dirty. It had rubber bands in the shower. I don’t know if that was from a crackhead from the previous guest. there was one towel in my room for three people what are supposed to do share a towel I asked for a towel took them two hours to bring more towels then they dumped the towels in front of the door in a bag how ghetto can I be? After I leave this review, please don’t send an automated response. Tell me you’re sorry I don’t wanna see an automated response. I love the fact that there was urine on the carpet. I don’t know why anybody would wanna stay here. If I could get a zero stars, I would but obviously Expedia won’t let you.

They have a height limit on Waterslide of I believe 48” (maybe more). So my daughter couldn’t go on it, that’s a main reason we booked the place.

I liked the location of the property. Checked in after 6 and one of my 2 rooms were available had to wait to check into my other room at 7. The one room that I booked out of the 2 didn’t have bath towels. I called down to front desk and left them know at 1:30pm and by 6pm still no towels. That point I walked down to the front desk and ask about towels again. 45 minutes later towels were finally delivered.

The rooms were not that clean and the bath room wss very dirty there could be a sitting area in the rooms instead of three tvs. House keep knocking on the door at 7 am was un called for and only to find out she was knocking on the wrong door then the kids were up and wouldn't go back to sleep. Cause they wre woken up by house keeping. House keeping should check the room number before knocking on everyones doors

Pools the hard beds, short staffing problems, front desk, not giving me all the information I needed( I was not told the staying at the resort meant early access to the park)

I contacted someone and asked if the floors could be cleaned or disinfected. I was told someone would come to take care of it, but no one ever came. There was also a very unpleasant sewage-like smell in the room that made the stay even more uncomfortable. Overall, the cleanliness was very disappointing, especially when staying somewhere with children. I expected much better.

This was a quick last minute trip. The hotel and surrounding area satisfied every need. The hotel itself was just what we needed for our child's age. The water area kept him sufficiently entertained. Unfortunately, we did not get the chance to partake in the children's pajama party. This offering will be a part of our next trip. The only thing I would say was unpleasant was the room was a little musty. However, I understand it to be a part of all the water coming in from the play area. Overall, I was satisfied and would book here again.

The smaller details are where the motel feel showed. There was dust and a clothing tag behind the bathroom door, the towel rack needed to be reattached, and several marks on the walls could have been cleaned or touched up. None of these were major issues, but they should be maintained. My two main concerns were the outdoor areas and the carpet. There was trash, food, and other rubbish left outside rooms and around the property. While guests may have caused it, the hotel should be regularly cleaning these areas because it made the property feel more run-down. Also, both my husband and I noticed that the carpet in our room felt damp. The pool area was very nice and clean, and my kids really enjoyed the splash pad. Towels were provided for free, although they were quite small. One of the biggest positives is the location. It is very convenient to Dutch Wonderland, parking is free, and guests are able to enter the park 30 minutes early, which was a great perk. Overall, we had a good stay. With a little more attention to maintenance and outdoor cleanliness, it could be even better.
