The rooms were quit and clean. Staff were nice. Place is dog friendly which is great for pet travelers. Vending machines were always empty. There were a lot of full time renters which kept my antennas up while they were walking around with their alcoholic beverages and staring at myself and small grandchildren in the pool.

The room had a strong mildew or old smoke smell right when you walk in, likely coming from the old, discolored AC unit. On top of that, the fish tank in the lobby was extremely dirty, and the parking lot felt a bit sketchy. On a positive note, the staff was very friendly. The toilet lid fell off when we opened it, but the staff quickly addressed and replaced it, even though it was late at night. Overall, it was just okay for the price we paid. If we had paid any more for it, it definitely would not have been worth it.

Property needs to be updated and cleaned up.

No breakfast but the room had an almost full size refrigerator and a microwave so it worked for us. Room was nice and clean. Would have. Even nice to have four bath towels instead of just two. But I could have asked for them too.

Place is disgusting, service personnel isn't professional at all, I asked for a different room or to leave as soon as possible and it was refused. Dirty room, ripped bedsheets, animal hair on the floor, used and dirty towels, TV or phone doesn't`t work, you have a full package of a disaster. Don`t even consider to come here.

Staff is not kind, at all. Maintenance is poor, nobody changed or did beds, even asking at the front desk for fresh towels, never had any response.

    Will never stay here again

Where do I start. Drove into the parking lot and it looked abandoned. Parking lot had grass and weeds growing through asphalt paring lot some being over the bumper of my suv. Went to check in and was met by i clerk that was very nice at the beginning. Checked into my room, only room occupied on that side of hotel. Let me state this, it appears someone spent a lot of money polishing a turd at this property. Siding on hotel looked nice. Small Temporary signs on marquis and front of hotel. My room appeared to have been painted, by an amateur. You could see light around the door. Room only had a bed and older hanging wall cabinets. No table or chairs to sit in. Very small room and even smaller bathroom. Bed was ok. Unfortunately, I come to realize the other side of hotel is being used as extended stay / monthly apartments for rougher clientele. The patio outside my room had some boards replaced with composite decking randomly which was odd but was the perfect place several tenants to smoke Marijuana, which wifted in around the door. Went to ask the next day (friday) for more towels, toilet paper , and a clean fitted sheet as we found an odd stain (streaks) on ours.,as housekeeping was only offered to us supposedly every 14 days. Note: we were there 4 days and room was never cleaned. Gentleman was rude but did eventually give us a roll of tp and a non fitted sheet. By Saturday I had made up my mind to leave a day early (sunday) as the traffic at the hotel increased drastically finding out they were fully booked. I asked housekeeping for a roll of tp on way to office . Housekeeping was extremely rude speaking to me aggressively in some other language. I spoke to same gentlemen in lobby that checked me in inquiring about leaving a day early. To which he said it wouldn't be a problem and his manager would call and confirm within a couple hours.

Shower water pressure was to low,

We would suggest new mattresses as the current ones are thin and lumpy. We enjoy going to this Red Roof and will return.

    Close to everything, nice rooms

Room was absolutely disgusting. Had to clean and disinfect the remote as it was sticky with grime. There were no towels. The room smelled horrible. Just touching the sheets felt gross.

When she finally returned, she tried to charge me $40 for early check-in, even though I had called ahead and was told the fee was $30. I explained this and also asked if the fee could be waived because we had already been left waiting for 20 minutes. Instead, she lowered the fee to $15. Then we were told that the holding fee had to be paid in cash, so we had to use an ATM to withdraw the money. Once we finally got to our room, it was filthy, smelled bad, and the air conditioner was damaged. It was around 100 degrees outside, so having a working air conditioner was essential. We called the front desk, waited another 30 minutes, and were eventually moved to another room. Unfortunately, the second room was also dirty. The elevator was absolutely disgusting and had an extremely foul odor. On top of everything else, there was no soap in the room’s dispenser. Thankfully, I had brought my own. We were fortunate to be out for most of the weekend because we only needed the hotel as a place to sleep and shower. Overall, this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Between the poor service, inconsistent fees, cash-only holding fee, dirty rooms, broken air conditioning, lack of basic supplies, and terrible odors throughout the property, I would not stay here again.

The location was easy to find. There was no breakfast offered to guests at this location. It is near restaurants and shopping areas which was quite convenient. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were fairly cleaned, but the sheets looked a bit stained. There was a strong odor of chemicals in my daughter's room. In my room the sinks and tub were very slow draining which made us have to wait a while before the next person could use them (my husband and I). The pool had blue paint severely peeling, so we kept finding chunks of paint in the water when swimming. The area around the pool was not kept well, the chairs were dirty and had holes in the fabric.
