Breakfast was amazing rooms were clean

Excellent place to stay

The experience at this location was horrible when I plan a vacation I plan for relaxation I work in the school system when the summer arrives I want to enjoy myself this was not. The pool was out of order 3 days, breakfast was or the staff that was taking care of he job let it fall no eggs or sausage when asked she had an attitude I travel all over the world and this trip was the worst I will go back to PA just wont stay here

The room was fine although there was a lot of traffic noise. Breakfast wasn’t great. Lots of waiting. Powdered eggs, strange sausages. Yogurt machine was empty. Had to ask for the toppings for the watery oatmeal. Coffee extremely strong.

Hallways were filthy. We were put in a handicap room...not sure why. Shower ran out into bathroom as curtain was too high. Rooms were just OK. Nothing reached out to us as we need to return to this hotel.

Room, Breakfast, location, comfort was great. The Pool heater was not working.

I was to receive a receipt from our stay, but I have not received as of today, 5 days after our checking out at the checkout counter! Hopefully someone bothers to respond and email our receipt!!

Good hotel for the price close to the outlets and dutch wonderland. Also about 30 minutes from the PA ren faire

The breakfast is amazing, so happy I was able to bring my dog. Looking forward to visiting again.

Staff at the front desk were very friendly and heloful. Breakfast was fresh and good. Room was very clean. I am just not a fan of pet friendly hotels. Maybe guests with pets should be assigned to a specific wing or floor.

Yes, parking was fine. Hotel walls need painting and did not like that there were not designated floors for dogs. Not the cleanest.

The convenience of the location. I like the style of the hotel chajn. The staff at the counter were exceptionally friendly and very helpful. The staff taking care of the breakfast were attentive to asking for stuff and keeping things well stocked and cleaning up promptly The upkeep is much needed. The housekeeping lacks vacuuming the common areas. Wiping down in the common areas. The shower head was old and horrible. The shower door seal was broken and water everywhere. Mold in the shower. Stains on the wall paper in bathroom. Hair dryer didn’t work and was dirty. Staff did bring another working one up but was also very dirty. Floors were sticky in hotel room. Wiped up water in bathroom and towel was black.
