Comfort Suites Lancaster Amish Country

We had a great time and the breakfast was delicious.

The room was very clean and the hotel was perfect for our short stay in Lancaster.

Close to multiple amenities including theme parks, shopping and restaurants Room needed better cleaning. Found multiple items under table and sofa as we moved in.

Breakfast was ok. Brought to the attention of management was a stain in the middle of the carpet which was never addressed.

I made a prior to traveling request that was accommodated for perfectly. Thank you! Navigating around a single sink in the bathroom took some getting used to. A double sink with the front edge being closer to the wheelchair would have been easier to use. Otherwise everything was great. This, of course, is only useful information if you were remodeling.

Rooms were large which was great! Pillows could use a refresh. One thing that stood out to us most significantly was the breakfast. A little variety would have been nice. It was basically the same every morning. For those who are staying multiple nights this got a little redundant. Some variety would have been nice (maybe change up the yogurt and instead of cornmeal muffins every day, have a variety of muffins or cinnamon buns, etc). Hot oatmeal would have been nice too. A little change is always a good thing when you are staying several nights. The eating area is a little small too especially when bus loads of travellers are there. There was ample parking which was great also.

Everything was great. Smelled clean as soon as we walked in. Room was huge. Easily could have slept 5-6 people. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was decent. Mold in the bathroom

The room was large. The beds were comfortable. There were tons of pillows. The bathroom was clean, and they provided shampoo and conditioner and soap. The breakfast was great and plentiful. The front staff was lovely. I wish they had better and larger sized conditioner and shampoo for the bathrooms. The pool is tiny, the surface around it very slippery, and there is no one to calm down the very rowdy people who are there. The water fountain is closed overnight and the only way to get cold fresh water is to go to the gym. The lemon water should be available 24/7.

Breakfast was delicious and loved the location. We were less than 10 mins from the restaurants and the theater. Everything was perfect.

Our room was spacious and comfortable. Clean. Everyone was respectful of each other and no loud noise or disturbances. Didn’t hear neighbors talking or TV. Breakfast was typical.
