Great hotel. AC didn’t work well in the room.

The outdoor pool is beautiful and well maintained

A 60 dollar fee was charged at check in for incidentals. I Asked the staff and she said it will reverse after check out. Will be looking for that. The Red Caboose hotel I stayed did not charge anything to my card at check in, They kept it on file in case but didn't actually make a charge like the Wyndham did right at check in. The property is clean and room was good. Outside pool was nice and easy to get into. The indoor pool had no easy steps to get in only the ladder and is pretty deep up to 9 feet. Didn't bother to get in that pool.. The work out room was nice had everything needed to have a good workout.

Great outdoor pool

Nice hotel for what we needed. We had to check-in late (past midnight) and we called ahead of time and there was no issue at check-in. I liked that we could park near our section as it was convenient to unload and head to the room.

Long wait to check in. The house assigned to us has broken drawers and all hanging out in the room when we arrived at the room. The hotel listed room service but in reality they do not offer room service. The outdoor pool was nice and relaxing but they are consistently out of clean towels. The hotel is mismanaged and short of staff. This could be a very nice hotel with good amenities but unfortunately, people do not know how to manage it. It’s sad!

And was not properly explained . We then were only granted outdoor pool use while we waited.

Our stay was good. Room was clean, . Pool was clean. Staff was short . Tookna little longer than I usually wait for room. But staff was nice

Location It was sad. Empty. No restaurant.

Positive: room was great and the accommodated my request to have conjoining room for our families. Pool was also great (indoor was nice and heated!) Negative: The majority of the arcade games did not work. Housekeeper who took care of the pool was rude and disrespectful. Front desk could have had better manners in the evening they were hanging out with friends yelling and carrying on at the front desk (8pm ish)

The outdoor pool was heated, large and clean, but the towels were small, cheap and not well stocked. We were there one evening and they completely ran out of towels and they were not replenished. We had a long walk to our room wet! I felt bad for the pool bartender, who was great, but he had no help and no fridge. Drinks were kept in trays and he kept having to send for someone to get ice and supplies. The beers were warm. Another problem was with the staff or really a lack of staff. The one girl at the front desk was not very friendly, and acted like she couldn’t be bothered with my problem. I went down to tell her our ice bucket had no lid and we did not have a bath mat. I was told I’d have to get it the next day because all the housekeeping staff was gone! What hotel does not have a night staff??! I would never ever stay here again. It’s a disgrace to the Wyndham name and they really need to investigate this franchise.

My $150 reservation ended up costing over $200 without reason

Not enough people working the front desk , I had to stand in line close to an hour, but the expectation was that I still checked out at 11. My room smelled of mold and mildew and did not feel the superior queen was superior at all. Very disappointing
