This is a disgusting run down, crumbling, dirty pit. I could not believe how disgusting. the pool is a pile of rubble it stinks and I didn't feel safe. Fortunately, the cashier gave me our money back and we went and found another hotel. We stayed all of 10 minutes and that was too long.

Dirty the beds were not comfortable and not clean

The staff was friendly. That is about the only positive comment I have. The facility was very run down, and filthy outside. Cigarette butts, overflowing garbage, dirty stairway. The pictures were not at all what we encountered when we arrived. I don't know where those came from, but our room looked nothing like the pics. My husband and I found it humorous to see astro turf instead of grass- apparently they inherited an old football field and cut the turf into sections of "grass." I guess we should have brought a football! The outside was unkempt, and our view of the pool was of an empty, dilapidated cement hole. The check in was unusual, as the girl asked for a $100 deposit, even tho the room was prepaid. Our room was outdated, and the chair had stains on the seat, bathroom door did not lock, and security latch was broken at the room entrance. The carpet was grungy, and the bathroom facilities had not been cleaned properly. Our bed was pretty comfortable, and the air worked well. One light bulb had to be screwed in and unscrewed to work. Fortunately we only booked for one night, so it was ok to sleep there for the brief stay. Obviously the owners are working off a shoestring (a frayed one). I would not recommend anyone stay here. Some very sketchy looking.people were on the grounds, so perhaps its.a homeless shelter. Sad.

Rooms are under remodeling

It was disappointing to say the least. It didn’t look like it was in the pictures. The outside looks like it is an abandoned place, the reception is not welcoming, tho the receptionist was not that bad and accommodating. The initial room given me smelled like cigarette and the smoke detector was dislodged. The second room was alright but I found out eventually that there were cockroaches, one even got to my food. The AC would not cool down the room. The only would-have been comfort of the place, the pool area, is under construction. It is Ghetto. I regret booking the place.

Staff was rude. Property was filthy. Did not look like it does on line. People that were staying there all looked shady and dirty. Will never go back

Don't stay here! Pay the extra $50 for another hotel! All I should have to say is, We had to go to Walmart to buy new sheets because it was obvious they were not washed! The front desk could only provide a flat King sheet and 4 pillow cases when asked for clean sets for 2 Queens. There were "questionable" spots/stains, hairs, and debris inside the sheets! It didn't look like the room had been cleaned, EVER (besides making the beds with same sheets & clean towels that were 2 different sized shower towels & 2 face cloths; no hand towels). The room smelled like an ashtray, burn holes in blankets, bugs, dirt & debris on floors, carpets disgusting, surfaces not wiped, and sheets dirty! Whether it was something in the room or the A/C, one of us woke up with a sore throat that turned into a sinus infection. I didn't even want to take a shower, or walk in bare feet. The whole parking/walk-way was littered with trash. Only positives: TV was clear with movies, refrigerator/freezer worked well, A/C was cold, and bed was unbelievably comfortable (although I didn't sleep much from being skeeved out). We would have refused & left upon arrival or slept in our car, if it was possible. Be ready to leave a $100 deposit and sign that you won't participate in illicit activity! LOL,,, now if they provided t-shirts that said "I survived the Dutch Land Motel" at checkout, maybe another star. But I'll NEVER stay there again.

A dump of a hotel. Pool empty and full of leaves. Outside area dirty with garbage thrown around. An old motel that’s cheap and that’s about it.

Room was damp and wet. Shower would not shut off. The staff was easy to deal with and personable.

Bad

This place was so bad, we did not stay the night and turned our keys back in. I would like to ask for a refund. Smelled, one soiled towel for two people, clearly a smoking room, mold, and a leak in both sink and tub.
-
The price No lock or latch on the bathroom door, sheets were dirty, blankets were old. Room door didn't close all the way without being slammed shut. Wasn't told until after I paid about the deposit nothing on the website about it.

It was disgusting. I would never stay there again. It is the most disgusting place I’ve ever seen. If I could share you the pictures I would mold holes dirt everywhere the smell it was unsafe for my two-year-old and for me and my family stuff falling apart, you lean on the one table, and you almost fell through it. If you ever decide to book here do not do it. You will be very disappointed and they try to accommodate you, but turns out that the room that they just sent you to is just as bad as the first one this place should be shut down should not be open. It certainly looks like a crack motel.
