Exceptional

The room and the lighting was beautiful. The staff was excellent. I was on the floor 18+ loved it. The pool was beautiful. The only complaint I have was that I couldn’t get the room cooler than 74° so they sent me up a fan instantly which was very nice of them didn’t like the fact that they left me a note saying to close my curtains when check-in was at 4 PM how can I close my curtains to keep the light of the day out when I wasn’t checked in yet that’s my only complaint. Everything else was perfect. Would definitely stay again and bring my own fan.

Just an overall okay experience.

Staff were friendly and helpful with resort questions. Very clean rooms and common areas. Food was excellent at 21 21 restaurant.

Everything was great Not necessarily a bad thing but I wish they had pool food /drinks service!!!

The pools are fantastic, heated, clean and beautiful. One downside is that they no longer have the main outdoor pool as an adult only pool. We encountered a lot of children who were not very supervised by their parents which led to people being hit with balls and other pool toys, being splashed and knocked into by kids playing. I wish they would have at least one area or pool that is for adults especially since a lot of us were older adults in their 70’s. But all in all it is a beautiful resort and well worth the trip.

The resort was nice lots to do I don't like how they fraudulently charge your card and have no explanation for why, then blame Booking for the theft. Then, when you ask them about it, they are very rude. Then they held the money for the stay plus incidentals but then called me saying my stay wasn't paid for I'm confused wasn't that what the hold was for all they had to do was finalize that pre-authorization but no they continue to charge my card

Both the indoor and outdoor pools were wonderful! They both were at a very comfortable temperature. Also, we really enjoyed all of the extra activities that were available. Our room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. We also liked that it had a walk-in shower in our king room. Everyone working there was very pleasant and helpful. I can't really think of anything that we didn't like. I guess that it would be nice to have breakfast included with the room.

The resort style atmosphere. Nothing, everything was prefect.
