Staff were friendly and helpful.

Great place to stay. Very clean and close to the historical center. Walking distance or easy access by Uber. I highly recommend this place. Great cost benefit.
-
Very spacious rooms, had to have room keys reset three times which was annoying and added hour to our check in since the buildings are removed from one another. Staff at check in was more concerned with presenting me with fees than actually greeting me after a 2 hour drive I was not amused.

Nice enough hotel. I visited on a Tuesday night, so I didn’t get to experience the restaurant. My room was spacious but felt dated. I did however enjoy the jetted tub. There was also an odor that permeated on the floor I stayed on. It was very off putting. I feel like some glade plug ins or an Aroma 360 could help.

Unique and beautiful property. Spacious room. Only complaint is that mattress was saggy and not conducive to good sleep. No breakfast available on property but there is coffee and tea in morning. Staff friendly

Very unique place with a great atmosphere. Super comfy beds. Close walk to Lancaster Brewery. Friendly and extremely helpful staff.

It looks new. Really clean and spacious room. Shower was a hit. Love that the blinds covered all the outside light. BUT…. The cork is real. As in, we were on the third floor. Every single step above sounded like someone was ripping a hole in the ceiling. Every time I nodded off to sleep there was very loud cork squashing as people above us moved around. I don’t know if they were playing ping pong or possibly rugby… they finally settled around 3:30am. If you don’t want to hear every footstep as you try to sleep; request a room on the top floor or just go somewhere else.

Nice Historic Hotel. Friendly Staff & very clean.

I love the building and its history. Staff was awesome and room was very clean I don’t know what you do about this. We were in room 214 and the room above us was annoying. We could hear their music and walking across the floor. The floors were very creaky and I don’t know what they were doing but it went on until around 1am. The floors were just really bad.
-
It was affordable and close to the venue we were going to . The beds were comfortable.r Rooms were spacious. No coffee machine , floors were stained . Very dark interior . Fitness center was incredibly outdated and lacking in cardio equipment.
-
Beautiful lobby, bed was comfortable. The hotel did not have my reservation. The original date I booked for was in July, but had to be switched to August. I received a confirmation through Booking.com of the new date, but the hotel did not have it. Luckily, the hotel was not sold out that night. The 4pm check-in time was a bit late.

We loved this place. The rooms are fabulous, the beds super comfy, the pillows are excellent. Clean, and amazing decor. We walked to the Lancaster Brewing Company 7 mos away-easy and had lamb burgers, wings, and strawberry wheat ale. You could smell the berries in the drink. Highly recommend

We liked the decor, cleanliness, and overall vibe. We heard the people above us walking around throughout the night. It was very loud.
