Every was good for our stay and the location was fantastic. The parking is a little complicated to get to, but once you’ve found the way, it’s easy. There should directions for the parking that accompany your reservation.

This is a very nice hotel. Which was a bit unexpected given the surrounding neighborhood area. I should note that while this was a family trip (me, my wife and our two kids) this hotel leans into a corporate / adult atmosphere. The parking garage was conveniently close. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. We ordered dinner from PLOUGH (restaurant) and the food was fantastic! Overall, I would give this hotel a strong 9 out 10 stars.

Liked it

Proximity to downtown. The professionalism and enthusiasm of the Concierge. The 24 hour garage parking permit for only $15. The ability to check in early if a room was available, which it was (checked in at 2pm instead of 4pm). One of the bed's sheets were soiled. Pillows were chunky and uncomfortable. The room's motif and atmosphere was bland and impersonal, not very homey or relaxing. Room lighting was very dim. Very skimpy on toiletries amenities. They could have provided mouthwash, a cheap razor, feminine hygiene products, a floss pick. Anything more than a bar of hand soap and cheap moisturizer. No menus for thier restaurants in the room.

Watch out for the parking voucher from the hotel desk as it didn't work for me and I was charged at the counter for the adjoining parking lot and then again at the lot when I tried to exit. The parking kiosks are unmanned, so you will get no assistance.

The location is great and the property is very pretty, clean, and the staff is friendly. Took off a star for a few things - the rooms have no microwave, you have to go all the way to the lobby to use a communal microwave and there are no full length mirrors in the rooms, just the mirror in the bathroom. For a higher end hotel with higher prices, these things should really be in each room.

Very good

One side of the bed had a clock, plugs USB ports. The other side had nothing with no electrical plugs in reach

Great location and staff.

We liked the hotel a lot. The access to the restaurants and parking garage was a bit clunky, not fluid as I’ve experienced on many other hotels, but nice area, staff, and most importantly, beautiful rooms!
-
Prime location. Within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The bar drinks were overpriced. We had much better cocktails at a local bar/restaurant for far less.
-
We were sad about the hot tub since that was the reason we booked the Marriott. The hot tub was very tiny! And wasn’t hot and it did t have jets. As I was sitting I felt water plash on me! When I looked up I seen a piece of the ceiling falling off which grossed me out! I didn’t have a terrible time but I most likely wouldn’t stay there again.

The staff was very friendly and the location was great.

The hotel, staff, restaurant, and room were all 5 stars. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Exceptional

Staff yelled at me on the phone.

We had six USB ports on our room. Four by the two bedside lights and two by the TV. Not one was working. Could not charge my phone or my watch. The windows in the room were disgusting. They were filthy and it was like looking out through dirty brown wax paper. For the hefty price of $321 for one night, you’d expect a really nice experience. I have stayed at Fairfield Inn rooms that were nicer and half the price. The only thing going for this hotel is location. It is centrally located and if you are participating in something at the Convention Center, then it is extremely convenient. Other than that, I would never go there again.
-
This hotel needs a makeover. Tired decor, broken lighting in the room (could not read) and the room needs a thorough clean: telephone and hairdryer were dirty. Would not stay again.
-
Staff is disconnected. Rooms needs better dusting. Needs iron more than steamer. The curtain needs better handle to maneuver. The shampoo bottles were installed too high.
