Lancaster Arts Hotel

Nice hotel with an excellent restaurant in a great downtown location. However, our room was overdue for an update. Mattress was a bit saggy, bathroom grout was cracked and dirty, AC was noisy and TV had no streaming.

Nice property. Dinner on property was decent. Would have appreciated coffee or breakfast in the morning. It was advertised in the flyer but unavailable. All staff were very friendly. Bed was comfortable and the room was really clean.

Very unique property with great rooms

Great hotel, staff is excellent and very helpful. Just love how they leave a pencil and paper for you to draw something special and they share. Awesome location close to all that is happening. Wish I knew there was a minor league baseball stadium we would have gone to a game. Oh well maybe another time.

Great place to stay with a fabulous bar and restaurant.

Staff was very helpful, ate at restaurant outside, it was beautiful. Would definitely stay there again.

Clean room, wonderful hotel!

We didn’t get in until later than anticipated, but it didn’t matter! Seamless check in, comfy bed, cozy room overall, great breakfast in the morning too!

Amazing hotel!

The property was beautiful. Our room was large and beautifully decorated. They thought of everything- water next to bed, chocolate, night light in huge bathroom. Breakfast was very good. Staff was friendly.

Location, friendly staff Been here many times. Always very good. This time the room was not properly vacuumed, had a bad musty odor … expect management trying to cut corners

I was welcomed by a exceptionally friendly and helpful employee who checked me in and on her own initiative moved me to a better room than what I had been scheduled to use. I thought the hotel was interesting architecturally and loved it over a conventional box hotel. I also enjoyed the "arts" part of the hotel concept. Made me want to take up drawing again. The price point was a bit more than I would typically spend, but I though it was worth it.

The only downside was that the room was a little tight on space with 3 of us in there and we were expecting queen size beds but they seemed more like double beds instead! In the future I will book 2 king rooms instead of one.

Staff at check in was so tremendous and very very helpful. Was the same person at checkout and couldn't have a better experience.

The hotel is very clean and quiet. The bed was so comfortable as was the entire room. I’d stay here again if ever I had to be in the Lancaster area. It’s a neat place to stay and the complimentary breakfast was good for hotel breakfast.
