We have stayed at this property many times and have never been disappointed, however this time was not as pleasant. I dont remember the toilet being so low to the ground on previous stays but the one in the room we stayed in this time seemed to have been meant for a child. I could barely get myself up from it. The bed was not as comfortable and the room was so warm. I turned the A/C down but it didnt seem to get cool. Breakfast was just ok. The first morning we got to breakfast with an hour to go and they had run out of many food items. The second day breakfast was the same. By the third day, we were able to enjoy it. I think maybe we have run our course of staying at this property and need a change. For someone who is staying for the first time or even for a few stays, it is a nice property and a convenient location to enjoy the things to do in Lancaster. We may come again but just need a break for a while.

The large well appointed room was excellent. The location of the hotel was also very convenient.

Room was just ok. Specifically bed was too indented where people sleep/not very comfortable. Carpet dirty-put all LVP floors in. Bathroom needs big updates. Shower is already old. Toilet needs to be chair height. Better quality toilet paper. I’d rate the room a C+. No better. Breakfast-hot entrees were cold. Eggs were from powder-terrible. Sausages not great. Pork bacon ok but salty. Need to move the quality up a notch on food. Overall needs a remodel and far better breakfast. Get rid of the old stinky carpeting. Value of room was low. I wouldn’t stay there again or recommend it. Expensive and dated with terrible breakfast.

Clean bathroom, nice set up with furniture.

This is a very well kept up hotel in a perfect location and it a very reasonable price. We were very happy with the breakfast there and the staff was completely available and responded to one of our concerns. I will definitely be staying there again.
