I’d highly recommend staying here the staff is super friendly and helpful the rooms actually get cleaned! There’s a laundry room onsite which is pretty convenient and it’s cheap to use.

Great, modern facilities

After driving 7 hours with my son, we arrived to check in only to be told that our reservation had been canceled because the hotel was overbooked. The worst part? No one bothered to call, email, or text us beforehand. We found out only after standing at the front desk, exhausted from the drive. Because of their complete lack of professionalism, we were left scrambling to find another place to stay at the last minute. The only hotel available cost three times what we had originally planned to pay. Thank goodness I had a credit card, or my son and I could have been left without a place to sleep. As if that wasn’t bad enough, it took two weeks and multiple follow-ups just to get my refund processed. Overbooking happens, but failing to notify paying guests until they arrive is completely unacceptable. This experience caused unnecessary stress, extra expense, and ruined the start of our trip. I would never attempt to stay here again and would strongly recommend others book elsewhere if they don’t want to risk being left without a room.

Place is clean, and we'll kept. Convenient location for shopping and attractions. Staff is super friendly and treats all gets professionally and as if they are important and appreciated. Go above and beyond all expectations to make sure you enjoy your stay Only thing I can possibly complain about is that my booking was for a single queen bed room and for whatever reason I was given a double queen room. I wasnt charged an upcharge for the second bed, I just would have preferred the little chair to sit in when I was up and about over the second bed as there was only 2 of us and 1 bed was fine

It was a pretty new hotel so everything was great. Only complaints are that I wish they had a hair dryer in the room. We stayed 3 days with a toddler who dropped food on the floor. There was no housekeeping while we were there, which would be ok if they had a broom in the room available for use to sweep up her crumbs. We loved staying though and would definitely stay again.

The beds were comfortable. I like the fact that there was no carpet. Shower was great. Soap was left on tub from previous occupant. Too much noise from doors shutting and bathrooms. Lights went on on middle of night.

Rooms clean but noisy. People walking around on floor above you is so loud that it makes it hard to sleep. Can hear people talking in next room. Windows not soundproof enough if you are on the highway side. You'll hear trucks all night.

I can tell that the facility was just recently built within the last year or so, because when you use Google Maps it doesn’t show the actual place, just the land mark. Also, the appliances were brand new so that was telling. Anyway, I booked through a third party and one of the staff members was literally trying to make me pay again, for a room that I had already paid for. Talking to that guy was really frustrating, but then a young lady settled the dispute. The walls are pretty thin so just pray that you have decent neighbors. Also, they allow pets so be prepared to hear a bunch of barking at random times throughout the day and night! I won’t be staying there again because I own a dog, but I hate other ppls pets because they treat them like ppl instead of animals, and the problem with that is that they’re not firm with their training! Dogs have to be trained especially if you’re bringing them to a hotel! So yeah, I do not stay where dogs are allowed and again I have a dog and he’s very much loved, so loved that he’s properly trained and I still wouldn’t bring him to a hotel! Other than that. Decent place, give it about 2 years and it’ll probably suck!

Overall, our stay was okay. When we arrived, management was unavailable, and we had to wait about 30 minutes to check in and no staff was at the hotel. There was also a delay because clean towels were not readily available. On the positive side, the property’s location was excellent and conveniently close to all of the major attractions, which made getting around very easy.

It was time away from a busy schedule at home. Rating: 1/5 Stars Title: Absolutely disgusting—checked out early! Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else. Our experience at WoodSprings Suites Lancaster North was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The first room they gave us was filthy, and the AC unit was literally caked in dog hair. We asked to switch, but the second room was even worse. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. The smell was completely horrible, and the floors felt incredibly greasy to walk on. To top it off, there wasn't even a single roll of toilet paper in the room, so we had to go downstairs to get our own. The service is non-existent. The front desk was closed when we needed them, meaning we couldn't get fresh towels or any basic amenities. When we finally spoke to the woman at the front desk, she casually informed us that they only clean the rooms every couple of weeks. If you want anything at all, you have to go down and beg for it yourself. The conditions and service were so unbelievably bad that we checked out a day early. This place is poorly managed, dirty, and not worth a single penny. Avoid at all costs!
