Spark by Hilton Lancaster

The room and facility was well maintained.

They let us check in early, the hotel is VERY clean, the staff are very helpful and friendly ( front desk is staffed 24/7) and more amenities than spendier hotels! They have a great continental breakfast, a swimming pool, workout room and coffee in the lobby 24/7 also! Anytime I go to Lancaster, I know where I'm going to stay!

I felt it needed a better variety of breakfast options.

I'm trying to be a little bit comical, here. But the point is, the sink forgets that it ever had hot water and the next time you turn it on, it's cold again for another four minutes. Nevertheless, we would stay here again in a heartbeat. You get used to the water taking a while. And there's no problem at all. It's very clean and serviceable and fresh and we especially liked our stay there.

It was an excellent place and clean. The only negative was the toilet bowls which are so low it was like sitting on the ground.

I believe the hotel had been completely remodeled summer 2025. It showed! It was in excellent condition, all new and clean and kept that way. The staff were very friendly. For breakfast, I just had to eat and run, but it met my needs. Unfortunately I had to cancel my 2nd night a few days before my visit, and the manager was very cooperative with that request also. No issues

Clean and spacious room. Breakfast was very minimal. Parking was great!

Check-in was quick and easy and the clerk was very friendly. The room was quiet, nice, clean and cool, although the room was a bit humid even though the air conditioner was on. The area seemed safe and there were lots of restaurants near by. I would definitely stay there again.

Just keep your expectations low for the free hotel breakfast. It is a continental breakfast with no hot foods (no typical hot eggs, sausage/bacon, potatoes, waffles, etc.). The hotel breakfast only consists of low-quality bagels, cold cereal, yogurt, and hard boiled eggs, and some random pastries. There is some free juice and coffee as well. Amenities include an outdoor pool/hot tub and fitness center, which were fine. Otherwise, the hotel was clean and well maintained. No issues other people than breakfast (and also one of the side entry doors did not accept the hotel key card). I believe that the "Spark" brand of Hilton is the entry-level, budget tier of hotels in the Hilton family -- so lower quality than Tru/Hampton/Hilton Garden Inn.

Was a quick stay, so didn't get too involved in much. It was great, though.

Perfect hotel for my one night stay … at a cost considerably less than the other nearby option I had considered.

Room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint was I prefer firmer pillows but overall it was a wonderful stay.
