Super amazing resort with amazing activities and restaurants. Very friendly environment. Excellent service and super nice staff of all levels. Especially Diana, from guests service, she was very kind and helpful to assist us with whatever we needed. The only one point that I would like to see improved is the air conditioning. The room has two glass windows sides, which makes the room very warm due to the sunlight. But unfortunately the air conditioning is pre-adjusted by the hotel to blow only war air and cannot be adjusted to guests preference.

Great staff very kind and helpful, large and clean rooms, large pools, good food with a large choice and coffee, nice beach with many sunbeds. It can be noisy at night, either due to the evening show or noise from the neighboring hotel.

I was a solo female traveller and got sick on my last day - asked guest services to bring me 2 bananas for my upset stomach, they agreed but never brought them. ?
