Staff was great and the room was clean. I recommend to anyone staying in Las Cruces. There aren't very many hotels in Las Cruces that are the same quality.

Property is well kept and clean. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Location makes it easy to access the rest of town. HOWEVER, I have to say I paid approximately $180 for a tiny room with NO COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST. If you can get this at a price of $100 or less a night, I'd recommend it. Since you'll need the extra to buy meals

Excellent location. Property is in excellent condition. Our room did have a punched out hole in the wall above the bed that appeared new. Emily at the front desk was very prompt in putting us in another room even though we didn’t ask for it.

Returning to hotel at 10:00PM, all parking spaces were occupied. I talked with staff and they agreed to let me park in handicap parking space. I provided front desk with name, license plate number and room number in case they needed it.

Everything was really nice and going well till we didn't get help with cleaning the room. We had to discover the room didn't get cleaned after being out all day. Staff didn't bother to say anything till approached for toilet paper and towels. Other family stayed and got service, don't understand what happened for us.

Staff was more than willing to go out of their way to help us out a couple of times. The hotel itself was so clean. No issues

The room we stayed in was great but it had an old musty smell.

Did not stay for breakfast. I arrived about 6 pm to the hotel, I did not notice the sink was clogged until brushing my teeth to go to bed . . ., and the commode was not flushing. When showering in the morning there was not cream rinse. Very unfortunate experience all the way around.

No Continental breakfast, but a coffee bar with items for sale. I booked through Hotels.com, but the front desk ran my card for the stay again. But the hotel promptly issued a refund.
