The stay was good. Their staff were good people. Morning breakfast crew were very helpful. And their pool is being renovated FYI..

It was well cared for The location. It’s hard to get into and if you miss it then you have to drive around the block to get into it.

Location Room was 80 degrees upon arrival and took a while to cool down. Television did not work to watch anything. Room had crickets.

The pool was out of order. The washer and dryer was out of order. I asked for clean towels due to an extended stay and I didn’t get the towels I had to go down to the reception desk and get them myself. The AC was also out so the floor was hot. The telephone in the rooms also didn’t work

They gave us the worst room.

Pool was being renovated which I didn’t know about otherwise I would have never booked it. Laundry services were broken. Front desk had a really confused kid working there.

The breakfast I didn’t like that I paid for a hotel room with a pool when in fact it’s been closed for a year and a half!!! The hot tub is the same way! I was extremely disappointed considering it’s the main reason I chose this place. Extremely disappointed and would like this to be corrected. My husband was very upset but the front desk gentleman couldn’t do anything if he wanted to! Very disappointed!!!!

The pool being closed for remodel because that was the one thing I looked forward to was swimming
