This would have been 5 stars if the remodeling had been completed and breakfast available. Everything else was great.

There was a power outage while I was there. It was not the fault of the hotel but I felt that maybe I should have been notified about it. The staff was helpful in finding a solution for me though.

We never got to stay. There was a power surge hours before we got there and we're not able to stay since the entire building had not power. Desk person was excellent at handling the issue. Unfortunately we had to stay elsewhere and was very disappointed by them. I will be back and I will try you again.

This Ramada hotel in Las Cruces gives Ramada a bad name. Lobby was nice but too warm to enjoy the amenities… not sure if a/c was out? At check in, reservation agent was rude and unhelpful. It was like we interrupted her from something more important. We were told no breakfast on Wednesday morning because staff was off but Expedia said breakfast was included. Overall not great.

I stay at this Ramada every visit to Las Cruces. Very cozy, quiet, and comfy.

Rustic building Railroad tracks nearby which I was awoken a few times throughout the night when the train came through.

This is an older historic hotel. It's been well maintained overall. The staff were always quite helpful and gracious in their assistance. I'd gladly stay again. Also, the Inn was was a short walk from the restaurant #Celitos which served green chili chicken enchiladas. The enchiladas were really good even if they were a bit spicy, according to my husband. Great accomodating staff along with some very good enchiladas, I'll gladly return whenever we're in Las Cruces again.

The hotel was very beautiful, clean, and spacious. but they were in the middle of a remodel so a majority of the hotel’s features were unavailable to enjoy like their restaurant and bar. i wish expedia told me about the remodel and closures because i wouldn’t have stayed at this location if i knew. i hope to come back and revisit when the remodel is done, but i was left disappointed in my visit. besides the remodel, everything else was good for my stay. staff were very friendly and helpful. i liked that i could text them with any issues i had (although i didn’t have any issues). the room was nice and clean, i liked the tile floors and the huge window in my room. the refrigerator was huge! i was able to fit a whole box of pizza, plus a case of sodas, and still had room to put more things. the only negative comment i have about the room is that you couldn’t lower the AC past 69 degrees F, but maybe that’s because of the remodel and not normally the case. i’ll give the benefit of the doubt and just say my visit was at a bad time for them so maybe in the future i’ll revisit.

Hotel is a great value. Lobby is very nice and room was clean. Breakfast is only certain days, so may want to clarify if that is important. Nice location close to NMSU.

Theresa did a good job of chatting with the guests and making them comfortable. Mike was very accommodating. The lobby was very charming. That it was only on T,F, And Sat.
