The building is old and needs renovation. Not necessarily changing the whole set but a little face-lifting here and there.

I didn’t stay there and am still waiting for my refund. It was very dirty. The bed sheets were all stained horribly, cigarette burns in the sheets, flies crawling out of the sink, and then there was no window when I opened the curtain

This is the worst hotel experience I've ever had in my life The room I was given was filled with cigarette smoke. I couldn't even breathe in my 2hrs stay before I ask for refund and move away. The bathroom was dirty with cockroach. See the attached image

was suppose to be a smoking room they said o well we dont have one available the 1st room the remote missing batteries then tv did not work 2nd had to get maintance to get tv to work

This was probably one of the worst hotels I have been to. The room key was handed to me in a soiled paper, the room dirty and falling apart… exposed outlets! (I had kids with me). The sink faucet was not working at all, just the shower.

Affordable prices Smelled like Marijuana and cigarette. Homeless hanging out around the building and sometimes walking inside. Front office smelled the most as if worker was allowed to smoke in there. Staff had to switch us room a second time because first rooms refrigerator, microwave and tv didn’t work. Once we were moved to the second room. The tv remote was missing and the bed was so high it was only possible for me to jump just to get on. (I’m 5’3). Restroom had holes in the ceiling.

By the time we learned this, it was too late to cancel our reservation. Because it was a holiday weekend, there were no comparable rooms available at nearby hotels. The hotel also had no elevators, so my father struggled to climb the stairs and could have fallen if my sister had not been directly behind him to assist him. In addition, the room was not very clean. My brother-in-law, who was also staying at the hotel with my sister, reported that there were prostitutes outside the property soliciting him, which made us feel even more uncomfortable about the overall experience. Hotels.com offered me $50 in KeyCash, but the hotel refused to provide any type of refund. I believe the hotel was at fault for confirming a mobility-accessible room that was not actually available and for failing to notify us before our arrival. Had we been informed in advance, we would have made other accommodations that were suitable for my father's mobility needs.

Room was so dirty. Bathroom was not clean. Their was alot of public hair all over the bathroom floor. Toilet was disgusting. Bed sheets stained. Chair was so full of hair. Asked for a refund so I can rebook somewhere else and said not refundable. We stayed 3 nights. N they did not clean rooms at all. Couldn't rebook somewhere else cuz their was no rooms available due to 4th of July. Worse hotel I EVERED stayed at.
