Excellent staff, good location felt comfortable

We stayed in a ground floor room. With the shades closed, the room was full of light from the outside lights all night long. The shades had gaps on both sides. Bed very uncomfortable

I stayed for the weekend with my children, very clean, quiet and close to everything i will stay here again no complaints breakfast is OK! But hey beats a blank!😆

The bed was very hard, which is no reflection on the property. Also, I didn't notice a clock of any kind in the room. That just seems odd to me.

Very close to our family’s home. Price was the most reasonable in the area. Breakfast needs a few more gluten-free vegan choices. Oatmeal is fine but it tends to be the only gluten-free vegan offering at every hotel providing breakfast.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a need for some important documents to be sent and they assisted me with scanning and emailing. They were really helpful.

First room was leaking water from the ceiling onto the bed and floor staff was kind apologetic and quickly gave us a new room

Usually good. Staff was polite but robotic. Hot water & coffee were cold in the evening. This was the first time Hampton Inn was not 5 star!
