A few upgrades ( bathroom door didn't shut all the way), are needed.

Friendly staff. Tired furnishings and finishings. Missing curtain, broken toilet seat, no hair dryer. Hotel is in very poor condition.

I thought the property had complimentary breakfast but I was mistaken. We ordered breakfast and the waitress and chef were servicing many guests resulting in slow service. One more person for the restaurant would have made the experience better for the staff and customers.

The cocktail waitress and dinner serving waitress was exceptionally sweet and kind last night very helpful and very bubbly

Filthy carpets in room. Miscommunication about breakfast in the morning.

Nice place close to airport but the property and rooms are definitely showing wear and a remodel is due soon.

It seems like each of the last few times we’ve stayed here, one of the two elevators has been out of service. The pool, which was the main reason my son wanted to stay here, was out of order. Our bathroom sink wasn’t draining so I let the front desk know on our way out to dinner. We returned to our room later to find the sink drain pulled apart and the pieces spread on a towel on the bathroom floor. They moved us to a different room and the blackout curtains wouldn’t even close all the way. (The track doesn’t run the full length of the window so there is literally no way to shut them. The staff was pleasant enough but I’m less and less thrilled with this place each time we stay here.

Convenient to the airport and so all else is redundant. Little outdated and lack luster but useful if you need it before or after a flight for one night.

Short overnight stay. Everything was well done from front desk to cocktails. The bartender made a very good bourbon manhattan!

Good experience

Pool out of order on a hot holiday weekend no less. Only one working elevator. Black out curtains didn't close. My stepdaughter's room had no working sink. Alerted the front desk on our way to dinner. Came back two hours later to the sink parts laying on the floor underneath the sink. She had to go back to front desk to tell them about it and ask for another room. Mind you the same clerk was on and should have told her when we returned it wasn't fixed and had to ask for another room! For the amount of money charged for the rooms NONE of this should have happened. We have been meeting there for the past 7 years every summer. She drives up from VA and we come from Auburn. This will be our very last time staying there. We'll stay at the Country Inn and Suites in Queensbury. You not only lost us as customers and word of mouth is very damaging to any business. What a major disappointment!!
