Hilton Garden Inn Albany Airport

Really nice place! Big, bright lobby. Great breakfast buffet for a very reasonable price. Big rooms with comfortable beds. Highly recommend.

Lack of cleanliness

One complaint only - they did not have bedside lamps. There was one very small twisty lamp that would not hold it's shape and I was unable to read.

The hotel is pretty dated and run down, but the staff are really nice and helpful, and the airport shuttle is great!

Overall a great stay. 24 hour shuttle was perfect. Clean rooms and great staff.

Shuttle was prompt and Park and Fly was effortless

Don't stay here. Faculty are great, but the hotel is yucky.

Highly recommend as staff was amazing! Had two separate reservations due to business change and they made it quick without changing rooms and still being able to have access!

Always a nice place to stay when your flying out the next day.

First, the sign is in the woods. Second, does not look at all like the picture. The gentleman checking us in really had no clue what he was doing and gave no information. The hallways are filthy. The room was okay sheets are old bed not comfortable. Very outdated feeling. Water pressure in shower pathetic and hot water was okay for one shower but not two. The shuttle to airport was great. Let’s hope they come get us when we land!

There was no hot water. Fitness center had zero AC. Tried to talk to staff. Directed to manager who was unavailable. Called and staff didn’t know how to transfer call to email. Sent an email and got zero response. Sorely disappointed. It was pricey for what we got.

Perfectly reasonable airport hotel at a fair price. The room was clean, the restaurant was adequate, and it served its purpose.

Cost

No hot water in the room. Required to turn tap on for atleast 5 mins for atleast 5 mins. Initial room allocated not cleaned. Second room allocated had smoke smell. Overall hotel was ok and will not stay again.

The staff at check in was friendly. The whole place needs an update. It is worn and damaged in areas. We were told the bar closed at 10PM so I arranged to meet my sister at 9. The bar was closed when we got there at 9. They closed early due to lack of business

Not much: location OK Very old and tired property. Room dark. Minimal amenities. No hot water in shower one of two mornings.
