The AC was very noisy and it would have been great if you could have switched it off completely during the night. Also, using single-use plastic cutlery and paper plates for breakfast instead of china and metal should belong to the past. It would be great if that could be adjusted.

Friendly staff comfy beds A/C leaked all over the floor, soaked carpet, wet socks, but we didn't want to move rooms or have HVAC guy in all day so we lived with it No maid service in 5 day stay, due to miscommunication, but no effort to fix.

Hotel is not maintained well. Wall outlets wobbled and did not work, the shower faucet was in need of repair and the thermostat had issues.

This hotel was in a great location; we walked to great restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was big and clean. I really appreciated the large refrigerator since I was traveling with a lot of food. I

The location is perfect to downtown Lawrence. We parked in the underground garage and walked everywhere! The weather was beautiful too. The fire pit area is good too! The television wasn't working, but didn't need it anyway.
