Lack of parking places, noise early in the morning from restaurant supply.

Breakfast was incredible. I am not a breakfast man, but wow did I make an exception on this vacation!!! Enjoy. The rooms were incredibly clean and regularly cleaned. The staff gave great advice on things to check out. I also left my keys behind on the night of the wedding and they went above and beyond. If you stay on the second floor the views are limited (at least form my room), the only thing I would change is booking one floor higher, but honestly I was walking around so much it didn't matter. Again the staff are incredible. Maybe a bit of advice on how to walk there from the ferry. There is a nice walking path but it is not obvious, so a small part you need to walk on the road with no side walk (50-100 meters). But This is such a small thing.

The bed was incredibly soft and the views from the window were beautiful!

It's old and there is no elevator when you have problems with your feet it's hard to go up to the room without elevator and also im sure I forget my wallet in the room before I leave then when I send messages they said they didn't find it I don't think they say the truth

Nice huge room with lots of light and open patio. Breakfast was awesome... staff very helpul.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. It was great that breakfast could be taken to go or served in the room. The room itself was spotless, with comfortable beds and pillows.

From the moment we arrived, the experience was amazing. Even though we came earlier than the check-in time, the room was already ready, and we could leave our bags and enjoy our day. The room had a breathtaking view of Lake Como, and we were lucky to see Villa Balbiano right from our balcony. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly from the very beginning. Breakfast was included and delicious—orange juice, coffee of choice, meat and cheese plate, omelet, pastry, yogurt with sweets—everything was fresh and nicely presented. There was nothing we didn’t like—everything exceeded our expectations.

We had the most amazing stay at Il Grifo. Our room was huge and the views were stunning. Every single employee at the hotel was wonderful. They went out of their way to help us out when we needed help getting around the lake and truly went above and beyond. We also were able to have breakfast and it was delicious. We can’t wait to stay again N/A

Such friendly and service minded staff and owners. This felt like a home away! The breakfast was amazing! 20 minutes walk to the ferry - but an absolutely beautiful walk!
